Oh well...so what's your favorite opening?
I loved the S opening...it seemed so organized...yet cool. The other ones lacked "focus"...
anyway...whaddyathink?

I liked them all. The first season was my least favorite. I didn't like it. I liked the Stars opening because I love the song Makenai ;D

Gotta love the Stars opening theme! I swear, after four sagas of hearing the same song over and over again (166 episodes, with ALL the same opening), the Stars opening theme is refreshing beyond measures!

I totally agree! I love the second part of Stars opening because it shows the Starlights!  I also love the Stars opening because it shows the Sailor Senshi in a cool way at the beginning. It's a sort of "Here's what we've been up to since going to High School" thing, ya know.  |

Really? I love the original Sailor Moon Song (Moonlight Densetsu). I dunno, maybe its because I watched it when I was litte, but the song is comforting to me. It brings me to my safe place *hides in corner*

Yeah, listening to the same song through 4 season sucked. Just think if you watched all the episodes plus if you watched them over again then you probably heard it over 200 times. I know the words by heart and know every beat |

Although you have to remember that when I first saw it, it had been FOUR YEARS since I'd seen a new Sailor Moon episode so I was pretty pumped and just seeing that song I kinda got the feeling almost that the Sailor Senshi were excited to see me back as well. I know that sounds kinda stupid but I really felt that for the first time in four years I was home. Since then (Because of my amazing fiance Hawksgirl's amazing pocketbook and love of the series) I have since seen the entirty of the first season. After seeing the dubbed version of the song this just blew me away and even after the song had settled back into a quiet nich in my mind it still made me happy and the pictures that went along with it were astounding. Now Hawksgirl is buying the entire 2nd season which I've only seen four episodes of, It'll be here later this week and I'm TOTALY PSYKED!!! |

Heheh, well, Hawk, give them one reason to not be happy that you're watching them It's just a shame that I watched the Stars saga before I watched the other four sagas, I already know the song now. It would have been AWESOME to hear the opening theme for the first time and be BLOWN AWAY by its awesomeness after four sagas of Moonlight Densetsu. |

I liked Moonlight Densetsu but it got boring after 4 seasons. Then finally Makenai came along!
If they would have used Moonlight Densetsu for Season 5 I would have freaked out.

Heh, Moonlight Densetsu is okay, just not after 4 sagas. I think they made an extremely good decision putting Makenai as the opening theme for Stars. Too bad the americans won't ever get to hear it (except for those lucky ones that purchase/download the sub).
