beautiful way to start the contest! the wrestling theme brings strengths to mind, and I'll stick to mine(which are usually smashing, bashing, and blowing stuff up while at the time tearing my opponents with a blade and laughing my ass of the whole time, but this time, I can only rely on my fandom for Mako-chan). to quote Mills Lane, "LETS GET IT ON!!
as I remember, basic stuff first! Sailor Senshi: Sailor Jupiter Her Japanese name: Kino Makoto Her english name: Lita Kino Elemental influence: Electriciry/wood Attacks: Jupiter Thunder, Jupiter Thunder Dragon, Sparkling Wide Preassure, Jupiter Coconut Cyclone(Manga, also featured in SM:AS), Jupiter Oak Evolution/Revolution(I have a hard time remembering that one) Her height: 5'7" Five Feet, Seven Inches Her Weight: 106lbs(based on looking at her so much) Most Weight Lifted: 200lbs(game machine monster with extended hammer) Favorite Food/s: Cherry Pie, Meatloaf Least Favorite food/s: none(she loves it all) Favorite Class: Home Economics Least Favorite Class: Physichs Fighting Style: primarily martial arts, her stance seems that of the Dragon style. Her Senshi Apearence in Sailor Moon: 4th Her senshi Apearence in Sailor V: 2nd(final issue of Sailor V) Favorite Color/s: Green and Sugar Pink Favorite Animal: horse(as profiles state) Gemstone: Emerald Zodiac Sign: Segittarius Birthdate: December 5th Figure: 30"D 20" 32"(this took me a long time to correctly figure out with constant mathmatical figures based on variables) Hobby: cooking, shopping/bargain hunting Blood Type: O Family: Mother-Mrs. Kino (deceased) Father Mr.Kino(deceased) other relations-unknown. Fears: airplanes(her parents died in a plane crash) Friends: Tsukino Usagi (Sarena in dub) Sailor Moon Mizuno Ami (Amy in dub) Sailor Mercury Hino Rei (Raye in dub) Sailor Mars Aino Minako (Mina in dub) Sailor Venus(Sailor V in Sailor V Manga) Tenou Haruka (Amara in dub) Sailor Uranus Kaioh Michiru (Michelle in dub) Sailor Neptune Chiba/Tsukino (unrevealed) Chibi-Usa (Rini in dub) Sailor Chibi-Moon(Mini-moon in dub) Tomoe Hotaru (unchanged when dubbed) Sailor Saturn Chibi Chibi Sailor Chibi Chibi Meiou Setsuna (Trista in dub) Sailor Pluto Chiba Mamouru (Darien in dub) Tuxedo Kamen(Tuxedo Mask in dub) Luna(Usagis cat) Artemis(Minakos cat) Diana(Chibi Usas kitten) Shinozaki (Ken in dub)
Information: the overall strongest senshi, she is currently single, lives alone, and holds dear the memory of her old sempai(whom she makes refrence too whenever she meets a new guy), she longs for a simple life of being a happy loved mother and wife, taught how to cook by her mother, she isnt afraid to show off her cooking talents, and she teaches her friends how to cook. a victim of deception once in the Super S Saga of Sailor Moon, she was decived by Tigerseye, a member of the Amazon Trio, a friend who appeared in one episode Shinozaki(ken in dub) was wounded by Zoicite and Mako-chan donated blood directly to give him the chance to survive. Mako-chan means a lot ot those close to her, and if you wish to know how she reacts to her fears, she dives for cover whenever she hears an airplane flying nearby, but if faced with an adversary(opponent) she has at them with her martial arts skills.
Mako-chan means more than the world to me, and I'll stick to my guns, I hope I've taken the innitiative in clasping a victory, this place is the most I have, and I hope you understand I have undying affection for Mako-chan. she's a fantastic cook, a wonderful friend, and overall the kinda woman I'd love to have bearing me children, the kinda woman I could spend days upon years sitting and laying with staring up at the stars with everlasting passion. I know I sound corny, but I'm stickig to my strengths, and using all the info on Mako-chan I have in mind at the moment.

Kino Makoto, Sailor Jupiter
Kino Makoto is the largest of the five, as well as the strongest and most independent one. She lives on her own, in a small apartment. Her parents died in a plane crash when she was little (according to some sources at age 5, but I'm not sure), and ever since, she's been living on her own. Even she herself does't know how she made it, but she did. She didn't break down, but stood firm. You can imagine the immense amount of willpower that's involved in surviving on your own for over 10 years. It made her as strongwilled and determined as she is.
Problems with her old sempai. I guess that's an understatement. She wanted nothing but to be happy with him, but apparently, that was not an option. According to him, she wasn't feminine enough (as if having the biggest cupsize out of all the inners wouldn't make her feminine enough). He dumped her because she was too strong and big. Poor Mako-chan. Abandoned for traits she could only blame her past for. However, being dumped only made her even stronger. What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.
However, in compliance to what her old sempai said, she also decided to learn how to cook, clean and garden. Traits a woman should have, according to society. Thanks to this, each of Makoto's dishes have become a culinary orgasm (not sure if I'm allowed to use that word, but I don't think there's any other word that quite describes Makoto's cooking ^^;; Sorriz if I offended anyone), and her apartment is neat and tidy, no matter what time of day, week or month.
The residence being completely clean, or the awesome cooking, are but a fine layer of silk over the scarred girl that is Makoto. A charade that hides who she really is. This is emphasised when it's said that she got kicked out of several schools before ending up in Juuban Junior High. The reasons for being kicked out where constantly the same: violence.
According to Makoto, there's no guy in the world that doesn't look like her sempai (she even bothers Chibi-Usa with this in the SuperS saga). She seems to fall in love with every other guy that passes her by, whether he's taken or not. At first we see this clearly, especially in the first saga. However, as we advance in the series, we see that it happens less. Is it possible for this behaviour to be a charade, just like her cooking and cleaning skills?
(Sorriz everyone, I just couldn't surpress the urge to put this in ^^;; Gomen nasai)
When Usagi first introduced Makoto to Ami and Luna, Makoto smiled and exclaimed 'cute' as she petted Luna. We all know she directed the compliment to Luna. Whenever the girls have a study session, Makoto sits right next to Ami. We all know she's paying her full attention to the explanation of the various exercises. At the school dance, both Makoto and Ami are left without a dance partner, so instead, they dance together. We all know it was purely to not be bored out of their skulls, or look/feel like wallflowers.
Sailor Jupiter, guardian of the planet Jupiter, planet of the trees and forests. Avatar of Zeus, king of the gods on Mount Olympus, ruling over them with his attribute, lightning. She is by far the strongest Inner Senshi, if you don't count Sailor Moon with the Ginzuishou. That doesn't rule out Sailor Venus though, her time as Sailor V has made her very confident in her attacks and sharpened her reflexes and battlereadiness (if that's a word. You know what I mean). Sailor Mars, with her fiery attitude and devastating fire attacks, is a menace, feared by many enemies. Sailor Moon, who has the Ginzuishou at her side, is of course far more powerful than any of the Inners are.
That leaves Sailor Mercury. She's the brain of the group, and lacks power to compensate this. Add that to her alter ego's (Mizuno Ami) timid personality, and you have an easy target for those who mean harm. Doesn't she need a motherfigure? Someone to protect her? Sure, she has a mother, but she's hardly ever there (In PGSM, the communication between Ami and her mother goes over a whiteboard in the kitchen of their apartment). She seems rather ... attracted, if you will, to Makoto, for she is after all, a firm person to latch onto. Very protective and confident. Doesn't Makoto feel that her presence is just that to Ami: a firm, stable and permanent something in her life? Or is there more going on between Kino Makoto and her bluenette friend? I don't know.
Makoto never confirmed who the compliment was directed at when she petted Luna. She wasn't a little bit too close to Ami during their study sessions, was she? And wasn't she enjoying their dance? They were even surrounded by dancers that had stopped dancing upon seeing her and Ami. She was shining like a star, and so was Ami, during that dance.
===================================
Well, that's it. I know I made some assumptions, but I tried to keep most of this based on facts (I know I read into things a bit too much and jump to conclusions, but meh).

Makoto Kino (–Ø–ì ‚Ü‚±‚Æ Kino Makoto) is one of the Sailor Senshi -- that is, a character in the manga, musical theater, and television adaptations of the metaseries known as Sailor Moon. She is known in the English translations as Lita Kino.
Makoto is from 14 to 16 years old (as all of the series last for some time) with medium-length brown hair and green eyes, and is more often known as Sailor Jupiter. She is also 170 cm (about 5'7"), often considered a generic 'tall' height of schoolgirls in anime. She is the tallest of the Inner Senshi.
Her default school uniform for most of the story's run is different from what the other young women wear. It is white and brown with laces in the front and a long brown skirt (the long skirt is also a common visual costume choice in anime to imply a tough or delinquent personality). This outfit is immediately recognizable to fans, more so than the high school uniform she acquires later, which resembles those of the other girls.
The fanon reason for the outfit is Makoto being uncommonly tall, and her school simply lacked one in her size. This is also referenced in some arguably canon promotional material, and is mentioned in the manga.
The manga explains her parents died in an airplane crash, and subsequently, she lives alone in an apartment (the anime does not refer to it directly, simply that she lives alone). Although very strong and athletic, she considers herself 'overly' tomboyish and compensates at being very good at domestic tasks. She is a great cook. Her most infamous trait is her seemingly random puppy-love affliction for cute boys, whom she invariably compares to a boy she knew when she was younger. She was the penultimate senshi introduced in the first major story arc, although she has fewer character-specific episodes than the others.
As Sailor Jupiter, her uniform is coloured green, white and 'sugar pink'. She uses elemental attacks involving either lightning, which is commonly associated with the Roman god Jupiter, or plants, since the planet Jupiter is associated with the element wood in Chinese astrology.
Her personality is slightly different in the various adaptations of the Sailor Moon story, although generally more consistent overall than the other main characters.
Manga Version Makoto is a transfer student and is often depicted with her hair down, and appears to (erroneously) have a perm. Nearly all of Sailor Jupiter's attacks are plant based. A male friend who seems attracted to her and knows she is Sailor Jupiter is mentioned in one chapter but not mentioned again later on. Makoto admires Haruka Tenoh, and they are considered friends
Anime Differences Makoto is a transfer student who is thought by the characters to be a former delinquent who got into fights (although this is commonly believed by the audience, there is no canon support for this and the manga contradicts this assumption). Makoto's hair is always seen up in a ponytail. In one episode of the Doom Tree story arc, which did not exist in the manga, she is shown to have had a male friend since childhood. Makoto's admiration of Haruka is referenced, although the two are not close.
Anime (English Dub) Differences Despite criticism against the English adaptation of Sailor Moon, Lita Kino's personality is generally consistent with the original Japanese portrayal. Some aspects of her personality are downplayed, such as her height (presumably because American children wouldn't consider a 170-cm-tall teenaged girl as unusual as Japanese children would) and her obsession with proving her femininity (including 'running a restaurant' as a life goal rather than 'getting married young'). Her 'senpai' was given a name, Freddy; when later episodes were dubbed by a different company, Cloverway, he was given a different name. Lita Kino was voiced by Susan Roman, who also provided the voice of Megaman Trigger in the English version of the Mega Man Legends game.
Lita's dub name is considered to be either a corruption of Leda, a moon of Jupiter, or short for Hippolyta.
In an early DiC promotional tape that advertised Sailor Moon to television stations, Lita was called Sara.
Live Action Differences Makoto is more similar to the manga version than the anime version, including her attacks. However, her obsession with boys and proving her femininity are even more downplayed than in the American dub. She is much more overtly boyish in dress and manner, tends to reject overly girly things, and her senpai complex is treated with great seriousness rather than a recurring gag as in the original anime. She, like in the anime and manga, also has a feisty attitude (much like Asuka Kazama from Tekken) that got her kicked out of school.
Famous quirks 'Talent': A fan term meaning 'large breasts'. This comes from a dialogue change in the second season from the original to the English dub when the characters are debating who should be the lead in a play. Makoto implies she should because she has the 'largest chest', while Lita retorts it is because she has the most stage 'talent' (the gesture of pointing to herself/her breasts was accompanied with a "boing" sound effect). This slang is recognized by most anime fans due to the popularity of Sailor Moon. 'My Mother is Allergic to Cats': In the second episode of Sailor Moon S, Usagi wants to have the girls adopt some cats from a house that is going to be torn down. Makoto says that she lives alone and so doesn't think she knows how to look after a cat. In the English dub, however, Lita says that her mother is allergic to cats. Although the TV series never makes direct mention of her family situation, much of the original series assumed common knowledge from the manga (a trend slightly less prevalent in anime lately). Some cynical viewers saw this as either an uninformed translation or deliberate edit in the dub, despite associated merchandise indicating her lack of parents. A common fanon explanation is that Lita could be fibbing to evade answering the question truthfully, while others argue such a thing would be difficult to hide from her longtime friends. Makoto yuri fandom: Sailor Moon's popularity and its mainly all-female main cast created one of the largest yuri fandom for a series in anime. One of the most common femmeslash or yuri pairings in Sailor Moon is Makoto and Ami Mizuno, mainly due to their polar personalities and appearance. Lita and Mina was a semi-common yuri pairing in early dub-based fanfiction. The otherwise unusually rare Makoto and Rei pairing has become more popular due to the live action version, which sometimes pits the opinions of the refined but somewhat cold Rei to the boyish but chummy Makoto.
Actresses In the anime, Makoto is played by Emi Shinohara. In the English dub, Lita is played by Susan Roman. Lita is the only character in the English-language dub to be played by the same voice actor through the entire series run. In the live action series, Makoto is played by Myuu Azama.

You're right when you say Ami-Makoto is the most popular Makoto yuri pairing. Often Rei is paired with either Minako, or Usagi. Rei is sometimes also linked to Ami, but I have yet to find a fanfiction that shows a Rei-Makoto pairing. The Live Action series should be a dead giveaway: Rei-Minako. Those two can't stand each other, but when Minako dies, Rei's the one who goes berserk over it. Compliments on the Challenge Post though, read it and it just seems to me that you've been just a tad more complete in your explanations than I was. Ohw well. Is Hawk1 gonna post still, or no?
