Information: the overall strongest senshi, I beg to differ. I really don't think she is - power wise or in physical strength. She's easily not the most powerful and I think that Haruka stands to challenge her for being the most physically fit. So far Zyppora has my vote by far - but I'm curious to see what Hawk1 has to say about it.

you dont see Haruka lift 200 lbs do ya? Mako-chan is the strongest based on how much she's lifted.

Everyone please forgive me...due to several certunstances beyond my control I have not had the free time to devote the hour plus nessessary to a challange post. But here I am and I'll do the best I can. Makoto...Mako-chan. I have been thinking for several days while I have been unable to type what the heck I was going to put here. When I discuss a Senshi in a challange post I attempt to defend an action of theirs that the public at large finds disstastful or 'uncool' and explain why they chose to do it. With people like Usagi the 'crybaby' or Ami the 'bookworm' it was easy to identify the surface representation and tell the rest of the world what 'I' see when I look at the characters in question. With Rei the problem was harder, however her 'temper' proved a sutable starting point and I was able to put something down. With Mako-chan this becomes far harder...but enough of me ranting... Mako-chan is an interesting case to analyze. So many difficult things have occured in her life, so many trials that she has had to overcome. It is something you forget while you watch her on the television. When you watch her smile you forget about her multiply broken heart. When you see her laugh you forget that she lives alone cause her parents died in a Plane Crash when she was little. She has endured so much and yet she still has a heart of Gold. Makoto as we all know was dumped by her old boyfriend or 'sempai' as she calls him. I think she was clinging to him for support, she had pinned all of her hopes and dreams upon him. with her parents dead and with very few friends he was someone she could count on as always being there, he was someone who loved her. Love is something that every human being needs in order to remain mentaly stable. Even the greatest of loners the greatest of 'down with love' type people when they first experience even a speck of that emotion they will hunger for it. And Makoto hungers for love, she thirsts for it, longs for it, PINES for it. And with her old boyfriend she had it..or so she thought. He dumped her...I honestly can't remember why...I don't even remember if it was ever told. I do remember there was a flashback...well...ask Raptor or Creshosk if you are ever interested. Suffice to say she was dumped and it broke her heart into a million tiny pieces. As someone who has been dumped by a person I loved I can relate...you feel like a piece of you has been torn away like you lost an arm or a leg. But I had friends to turn to, parents who loved me, a support system to fall back onto (till hawksgirl came to her senses and ran back to me). Makoto had none of these and as such she collapsed into herself, buried her feelings deep within her mind becuse they caused her too much pain. It took Usagi to bring them back to the surface, to make her feel again. To provide her with friends who loved and took care of her. Usagi gave her the support group she desperitly needed and all of a sudden she could feel again. However this brought with it a side effect. Once she could feel again she felt the loss of her loved one. The pangs of grief ran deep and they have never quite left her. This is why so reacts so suddenly to any mention of her sempai. We joke and laugh and groan at her antics because we don't feel the pain the way she does. the need to be loved, wanted, desired. That is why she jumps at every guy that even has a speck of her sempai on the outside or the inside. She needs that love again, a type of love that the Senshi simply can't give to her. Wither or not she'll ever find it, I do not know. But I wish her the best of luck. Good luck Mako-chan go find your man.

it's all in fairness.if someone likes them all equally, then they can say it's a tie, or they cannot decide.

But that doesn't help getting a winner here.

I know, for all we know, we could be stuck in a tie for eternity. but I wont give up. I chose to mod here for a reason, and that was to keep this forum monitored and ensure all those who visited this section of the boards did good. so far things are going well. ^_^ I chose to be in this challenge cuz I'm a big SJ fan, if I lose it'll hurt worse than the emotional equivelent of child birth pains, which is the real greatest pain of all, cuz it hurts so much to pass a child into the world.

I hear about how painful childbirth is, try imagining passing a watermelon through your entire colon, or stretching your bottom lip all the way around your head, and leaving it there for hours, that should be the equivelent of childbirth pain.

You know, my mother once told me about the pain of giving birth, but you're overdoing it a bit. Well, not a bit. A lot.

Raptor this competition is susposed to be just for fun, not to determine who loves/understands the Senshi more. To my knowledge Creshosk and I are still in a deadlock over Sailor Mercury and we are not complaining. Please try to calm down. And once again I would like to add that everyone who votes should post who they voted for and why. IT helps when starting discussions. PS: And despite what Raptor says feel free to use the 'I like everyone option, that is what it is there for.'

I voted for Zyppora though it was extremely close with Hawk. I think what eventually swung me towards Zyp is that he hasn't won any of the challenges yet.

I chose the "I couldn't decide" option, 'cause although Raptor's & Cresh's posts were very informative, straight up facts, Zyp & Hawk went for a more, opinionated aspect. If anything, the competition should be Raptor vs. Cresh & Zyp vs. Hawk just because the posts are sooo similar. I mean, there really doesn't seem to be "qualities" that we the readers should be looking for (which could be why people have a hard time deciding or don't vote).
