Kitakawa smirked, regaining his composure. He was staring at Sailor Neptune with a grin that showed confidence. "I am Kitakawa, a general in the army of Atlantis. What I want is what my whole nation wants: retribution. Revenge. We will be taking back the dry land from those who exiled us, who forced us to live underwater in order to escape extermination. You. Despicable humans. Foul drywalkers. I'm merely the tip of the iceberg." He smirked evilly. "But that's another story for another time. One you'll get to know soon enough." He once again blurred out and shifted, before sharpening again and becoming normal. "I shall have your heads, but before I do, I'd like to know who you are, and if there will be any more of you joining this semi-private occasion."

Mercury put her hand to her mouth in shock. “Atlantis…?”
Neptune merely arched her eyebrow. “We’re the Sailor Scouts, sworn to protect the Earth from evil, such as yourself,” she replied coolly. “Although your fight is based on a rather outdated grudge. The people of today’s world had nothing to do with what happened to Atlantis. That was hundreds of years ago. But in answer to your… “question”… yes, more of us will be arriving soon. When, I don’t know, but you’ll soon discover that we’re not easily beaten…”
“Especially as a team,” Mercury put in, finally finding her confidence. She felt much more at ease with Neptune by her side. If this new threat’s attributes lay with water, then they were possibly the best bet in matching him, hopefully even beating him. Still… a bit of extra power from the other Scouts wouldn’t go astray…

Kitakawa smiled and shook his head. "To you simple, short-lived drywalkers it may look like it's been outdated. Hundreds of years ... I grew up in fear. When this global holocaust started, I was but an infant, but I remember what happened to my sister. I remember it vividly." He growled and glared at the two Sailor Senshi. "You dare call me evil, but the true evil lies in your kind." He spoke rather calmly, perhaps a bit too calm. "I've read up on what happened to Atlantis according to records taken on the dry land. You claim a natural disaster struck my people. Something even you lying drywalkers couldn't prevent. How wrong you were."
He smiled suddenly, all his anger gone from him, or so it seemed. "I'd like to meet all of the Sailor Senshi. You seem interesting enough to actually pay attention to, rather than those ... " He nodded his head towards Toya. " ... more simple humans. Even though this one's rather peculiar as well." He smirked. "And let's hope you can beat me as a team, because if you can't ... boy, you'll find yourself in some mess when Kora arrives."

“Kora? Who’s Kora?” Neptune asked, arching her eyebrow. Inwardly she was seething, hoping the others would arrive quickly. Then this little upstart would get what was coming to him…
Suddenly Mercury’s communicator started beeping, and she glanced down at it, her eyes wide. “Mars…” she whispered, staring at the image of Sailor Mars that had appeared on the tiny screen.
“We’re on our way!”
Neptune simply ignored the message, still watching the Atlantean closely. “Well?”

Kitakawa hadn't failed to notice that another Sailor Senshi was on her way. One glance at Sailor Mercury gave it away like a beacon in the dark. He ignored it though. Two water witches were here, and from what he's heard, that's as many as the Imperial Guard had. The others had different powers, powers he was resistant or perhaps even immune to. He focused on Sailor Neptune, as she seemed to be demanding his attention. He saw clear through their little efforts to gain some time for their allies to gather, but he was in no rush to kill them off.
"Kora is another general in our army. She's not the best swimmer of the school, but she excells in physical strength. If by any chance or luck you manage to defeat me, I wish thee good luck in taking her on." He smirked as he raised his hands high above his head. "This pier the symbol of the dryland's invasion, and it shall be the first to fall." The water turned even more violent, slamming into the pier roughly as it tried to break the massive structure.

Neptune stepped closer to Mercury. “It ends here…” she muttered, holding up her arms.
“What about her?” Mercury hadn’t loosened her grip on Toya’s arm.
“She’ll be fine with us. Just… follow my lead…” Neptune smirked at Kitakawa, taking a deep breath. “Excels in physical strength? I think we might be able to match that… But if it’s water you want, then it’s water you’ll get…” she rose her arms above her head, Mercury doing the same.
“Deep submerge!”
“Mercury aqua rhapsody!”
A massive wave of water shot towards Kitakawa, the power from Neptune and Mercury’s combined attack an astounding sight to behold…

Kitakawa grinned as he watched the two attacks combine and form a torrent of water that would blow him away. Well, would have blown him away if it weren't for his affinity to water. The attacks hurled towards him, and just before they hit him, he blurred out, liquifying on-the-spot and letting the attack pass right through him. No matter how much or how strong the attacks would be, if they existed from water, they would pose no threat to him.
The attack finally subsided, and Kitakawa was still standing there, blurred, liquified. He solidified again and his body sharpened, becoming normal again. The very same smirk was on his face all this time. "Well, wasn't that a beautiful display of power and harmony?" He spoke as calmly as can be. "Water doesn't hurt me. At all. I hope the other Sailor Senshi will have more effective abilities, or else I suggest you start running."

“No…” Neptune muttered, shaking her head. “We never run… Mercury… I think you know what you have to do…” Mercury nodded and stepped forward. If it had worked before, then it could work again – this time at double the rate… “Double Shabon Spray Freezing!” A large jet of ice cold water made it’s way towards Kitakawa… *** Meanwhile, the other Scouts were hastily making their way towards the pier. “Hurry up Sailor Moon!” barked Sailor Mars, taking second place in the run behind Sailor Jupiter. “We have to help the others!” “We… do… I … know…” Moon panted, taking a moment to get her breath back. “I don’t like all this running!” “Honestly!” Mars rolled her eyes. “Fine we’ll go on ahead, then!” and she and Jupiter disappeared into the distance. “Come on, Sailor Moon,” Sailor Venus urged, grabbing hold of the other girl’s arm and dragging her along. “The others need us…” Sailor Moon let out a sigh. “Ok… I’m coming, I’m coming…” *** (OOC: Soz for RPing them all - No one else is here to do it )

Kitakawa knew what would happen if he got hit by a blast such as Double Shabon Spray Freezing. Even in liquid form he wouldn't be able to handle it. It would freeze his molecules and stop him completely. He jumped out of the way, into the harbour's water and remained there until after the attack. The water behind the Sailor Senshi began to rise up, forming Kitakawa and solidifying him. He was standing on water, walking on water. And he was grinning. "Trick me once, trick me twice, and it goes wrong." He said with a hint of amusement.
"You drywalkers are slow. I had assumed your comrades to arrive, yet I have not seen them, and I am starting to run out of patience." He spoke as he walked up to the Sailor Senshi. He really didn't like to be kept up like this. He just wanted to get them all in one place, kill them, and bring their heads to his prince. That's all. But yea, like a sheepherder trying to gather his cattle, some always seem to walk astray.

“Burning Mandala!”
“Sparkling Wide Pressure!”
The double attack came from seemingly out of no where, followed by the forms of two more Sailor Scouts: Sailor Mars and Sailor Jupiter, respectively.
Flames and a bolt of electricity combined with one another, hurtling towards the ‘evil being’ posing a threat to Neptune and Mercury.
“World Shaking!” another voice suddenly called out.
It appeared that Sailor Uranus had come to lend a hand to Sailor Neptune…

Kitakawa liquified instantly, falling apart and merging with the water below him, before the attacks could hit him. He wasn't so much afraid of Sailor Mars' Burning Mandala, after all, water did have the advantage over fire. The electrical attack could do some serious damage though, and the World Shaking ... well, he wasn't sure, but he wasn't about to find out what effect that had on his molecular structure. He arose from the water several feet to the left of where he used to be, eyeing the new Sailor Senshi with a neutral expression on his face.
"It seems the group is coming together. How ... convenient." He first looked at Sailor Mars. "The fire witch. One we've always held in mutual respect." He turned to Sailor Jupiter. "The forest witch." Then his eyes landed on Sailor Uranus. "Who art thou, and why dost thou attack me?" He raised his voice in order to address all of the new Sailor Senshi.

Sailor Uranus narrowed her eyes. “You attacked our friends…” she retorted, moving to stand with Neptune and Mercury. “That’s a good enough reason in itself,” she glanced at Neptune. “Who is this clown?”
“He’s from Atlantis,” Mercury replied, using her visor to scan Kitakawa. “He said he’s here to get revenge on … he calls us ‘drywalkers’… for what happened to his home…”
Uranus arched her eyebrow. “Did you explain to him that you had nothing to do with it?”
“Heh, it didn’t do much good,” Neptune said, pursing her lips. “I’m not sure how we can beat him…”
Mars and Jupiter had stayed where they were, also not sure how to proceed. Moon and Venus were still no where to be seen…

"Thy ice witch friend is the one who attacked me initially. Have I no right to defend myself?" He smiled a bit in a self mocking matter. "Naturally, justice cannot be found in the minds of the children of those who tried to exterminate us." He looked at Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus. "Water witch, unknown witch, who art thou? Why have I no knowledge on you as I have on the other Sailor Senshi?" He demanded. He had yet to learn or notice just how close the two Outer Senshi were. He would wait with attacking, as he found that first, several things should be cleared up.

“He captured this girl,” Mercury spoke up first, gesturing towards Toya. “I followed him, and he had her trapped. I was only trying to help her get away…”
“You don’t need to justify your actions to me,” Uranus replied, casting her with a quick smile before turning back to Kitakawa. “The less you know about us, the better,” she told him, folding her arms coldly. “So I suggest you leave… before I show you what I can really do…”
Mercury continued to scan him, shaking her head slowly. He was picking up on their attacks, even if they’d been made without warning. And he was beginning to know what each of them was capable of individually. She wondered if they could stop him as a team, but it would be easier said than done… On top of all that… Where were Sailor Moon and Sailor Venus?
***
“Hufff… puff… huff…” came the wheezing sounds from Sailor Moon as she stopped yet again for another breather.
“I can’t believe how slow you are!” Sailor Venus exclaimed. “And at a time like this?!”
“S-sorry…” Sailor Moon retorted angrily. “I-I’m not as fit as you…”
Venus shook her head. “Look… Ok… I…” she trailed off, her communicator beeping. “Mercury? Keep our distance? What’s going on?” she fell quiet, listening to Sailor Mercury’s hushed voice, which was being slightly overshadowed by the booming confident tone of Sailor Uranus in the background.
Sailor Moon moved to stand closer to Venus. “What is it?”
“Slight issue…” Venus replied, shaking her head as the connection with Mercury was cut off. “Come on… I think I might have an idea…”

The bluehaired young man walking on water smiled in sheer amusement as he listened to Sailor Uranus. This was one with a hell of a lot of guts. He walked up to the pier, and stepped onto it, facing the blonde Outer Senshi down. "That sounds like a threat. And to be perfectly honest with you, I'm not so much scared of what you can do, as I am interested in your abilities." His eyes quickly flashed to Sailor Mercury. He had read her like a book the moment she had put on her visor. She was doing the exact same thing as he had been doing for the past few weeks. Analysing.
His eyes flew back to Sailor Uranus, the smile never leaving his face. He was no more than a handful of feet away from the tall Senshi. "Since you seem so confident in your skills, I'll challenge you to a duel. Right here, on this pier, right now. Your comrades will stay out of this, and so will mine." He spoke in a negotiating manner, much like a businessman would after sniffing a good deal. "Dost thou have a name, unknown witch?"
