And Kitakawa was indeed annoyed. He had gotten an answer that he couldn't handle. He had expected her to get ready for a battle, to call the help of her allies and to fight him, but rather than that, she was clueless about what he said. She had no idea what he was talking about.
Or so it seemed. Kitakawa calmed himself down. He breathed a couple of times and closed his eyes for a second, before looking up at her again. "Are you going to play dumb with me? I already know what you and your comrades are about. Now summon them. And show me your true power, Sailor Senshi." He smirked as he took a battle stance.
He had dropped her on a peer and was currently blocking her only way out of the harbour, if one didn't count jumping into the water and swimming away. But he knew that as soon as she was in the water, he was in total advantage. He was the best swimmer of his team and his team had proven to be the best of all more than once. He grinned. He had her pinned down between a rock and a hard place. And he was the rock.

“Let her go!” called out a female voice.
A sudden cloud of icy bubbles settled over the area, and from the haze emerged a girl in blue, her head held high and defiant. “If it’s a Sailor Senshi you’re after… you’ve got the wrong girl…”
Sailor Mercury…

Kitakawa turned to look at Sailor Mercury. Though the haze was slightly discomforting him, he wasn't too affected by it. At first he was somewhat agitated by this rude intervention, but as the realization of being face to face with a real Sailor Senshi dawned upon him, a little smirk started creeping up his face again. 'Finally, a real one.' he thought to himself in anticipation of what was coming. He hadn't been in Tokyo for a very long time yet, nearly two suns, and he had already A: cleared up that there was indeed a protective force for this planet and B: met one of them and was about to engage into battle with her. The fact that she was a girl was not so much surprising to him. It gave him an air of confidence that he knew he shouldn't have. It was always wrong to underestimate one's enemy. Kitakawa gave her the benefit of the doubt and figured she was hiding the better part of her potential. Silent waters have deep grounds. And he was one to know. "A real Sailor Senshi? Or more trickery?" He finally responded. He was almost certain of his case, but wanted a confirm nonetheless. 'Check it once, check it twice, and it still goes wrong.' He cited mentally. It was one of the things he'd learned a long time ago, during basic spy training. He didn't give Sailor Mercury the chance to confirm as he shifted again, blurring out and moving just an inch or two before coming back and looking perfectly normal again. He did so to hopefully set her off. Though he wanted his true identity to remain hidden for just another while, letting it shimmer through to give the herione a hint or two wasn't going to hurt his mission. Besides, if her companions didn't come soon, she probably wouldn't even have the chance to tell the tale. There was just one thing that nagged at the back of Kitakawa's mind though. He didn't let it affect him, but he kept it in mind nonetheless. If this girl had any powers over air, such as casting this haze upon the area, there was nothing to worry about for him. Should she have control over water, then it may just become troublesome. Though confident in his skill and techniques, the bluehaired woman could seriously become a problem to him. (( SM, that's no way to make posts, is it? Be sure to put a little more body into them next time ))

(Oops, soz... distractions and the like, heh...)
Sailor Mercury held her ground, pondering her next move. She had seen the young man bring the other girl to wherever they were, and been able to follow them using her mini-computer and visor, which she was using again in order to keep track of the strange new “enemy”. But she realised she’d made the mistake of “copying” Sailor Jupiter’s method of acting before thinking… She was alone and didn’t have any back up.
This could be… bad… she thought, holding up her arms. But oh well… here goes…
“Mercury Aqua Rhapsody!”
Suddenly a huge wave of water appeared seemingly out of nowhere, slamming straight into Kitakawa and sending him backwards, momentarily stunned.
“No! No trickery!” Mercury called out, readying herself for a possible attack. Oh god why didn’t I tell the others about this?!

Kitakawa groaned and tried to block the blast of the attack with crossed arms, protecting his more vulnerable areas such as his face and chest. He didn't move back into his battle stance. Instead, he blurred out again, moved as if he were a blob and then reappeared again, already in a battle stance. Apparently, it was his method of moving. He had also gotten a grin on his face during the blurring. If that was all she had, this would become a piece of cake.
"Finally. I've been waiting for you." He spoke with confidence. "Will your comrades arrive later today, or will you stand your ground alone?" He inquired. Not that he was really interested. Once her and her companions were out of the way, his people could start entering the realm of the humans. It was like unlocking a door to retribution. Ohw, how he had anticipated this very moment. A point in history that would surely make him a hero amongst the nation he protected for so long.
Face to face he stood with the last line of defense to the human race. The drywalkers that tried to exterminate his own kind so many years ago. He smirked. It was time to return the favour. And he was the one to strike the first blow. He wasn't sure how he should feel. It was mostly pride that ran through his veins, as well as adrenaline. He was almost overcome with joy at the thought of it all, but he quickly set aside his emotions. There would be plenty of time for that later. First things first: getting rid of the Sailor Senshi. "Summon your comrades, unless you think you can take me on by yourself."

Mercury knew she couldn’t, there was no way she’d be able to fight him alone. But there was something much too suspicious about him that was stopping her from calling the others for help. He wanted them there. Was this some sort of trap? She couldn’t risk calling the others only to get them all in trouble…
No, there had to be another way, but how… She needed enough of a distraction to get away, and to take the other girl back with her… Then she could inform the others that a new danger was in town. They’d be able to figure out a plan together.
She held up her hands, still using her visor to keep track of her attacker. She had him pinpointed, and rose her arms into the air again. “Double Shabon Spray Freezing!” she all but yelled, sending a shocking cold blast of ice towards him, freezing him in place. It wouldn’t hold for long… but it would give her enough time…
She dashed towards the girl and grabbed her, pulling her away. “We have to get out of here…” she murmured, not looking back as they ran from the frozen Kitakawa… It wouldn’t be long before he managed to break free…

Kitakawa was surprised and shocked as the ice cold blast hurled towards him, and just that left him pinned to the ground, waiting for the attack to hit him. At the last moment, he crossed his arms in front of him, taking the majority of the blast with it. He groaned in pain and winced visibly as his arms started to freeze. He couldn't move them anymore. They were frozen solid. A thought struck him as the cold consumed more of his body. 'The more information I gather, the more the mission's proceeding.' It was a quiet excuse for being beaten in such a simple way. At least he knew what this first Senshi was capable of. With a bit of luck, the others didn't have powers like hers.
A slight smirk came upon his face as his legs and torso began to freeze over. He could already feel his molecules break and melt the ice of his hands from the inside. This would be troublesome, but not the end of his mission, nor his life. As the rest of his body, including his head, froze over, he noticed that the Senshi approached the girl he had cornered. She was going to take her away. He didn't see anything else after that, and decided to focus on breaking out as the cold attack ceased.
It took him no longer than twenty seconds to break his fingers loose from the ice. Shards and bits of ice landed on the floor. Suddenly Kitakawa's neck jerked to the side, breaking the ice around it. As soon as his feet came loose from the ground, he made a jump at least ten feet to the side, hitting the water of the harbour with at least fifty pounds of ice stuck on him. Though ice generally floats on water, Kitakawa sank immediately as the surrounding water started to eat away at the ice and started to free him.

' What's going on here! Where is this girl taking me? Kitakawa called her a Sailor Senshi?' Toya continued to run with the blue haired lady. ' Is she going to take me to her comrades or is she just going to drop me off somewhere? What do I do? I've just seen to people or really creatures, no human could ever do that right? Right!?' Her heart began to race,Toya looked down at her watch. ' No, no,no ,no! I am toast! That witch will kill me if I get home late. I've got it I won't return I'm old enough to live on my own I'll just sneakin one night and take all of my stuff out and............. Koi, that wicth will do anything she can to deystroy me! If I don't get back soon she may,she will kill him!' An anger rose inside of Toya. It was the strongest emotion she could have wished for. ' And its all his fault! He will pay!' Her crystal shot up engulfing her in a blue light. It felt different last time. This Sailor Mercury character had obviusly notice when Toya had broke free from her grip. Her eyes turned taht same color as it had before. Toya sped off (saddly she's not a very fast runner) holding her staff in front of her she yelled " Incranose". ' That should get him'.

Mercury turned on her heel, watching in horror as the other girl ran back to the pier. “Wait, stop, he’s dangerous!” she called out, noticing that the young man had disappeared. “Where has he gone?” she muttered, taking off after Toya and stopping just on the edge and looking over into the water below.
Who was he? Or more to the point, what…?
“We have to get back, my friends can help,” Mercury said, turning to Toya and grabbing her by the arm. “Something’s very wrong…”

A torrent of water suddenly rose up from the water, arching and coming down in the middle of the pier. It stopped, and from the water arose Kitakawa, blocking the only way out for both Sailor Mercury and Toya. He was grinning like he knew he would have complete control of the situation. "That was a neat little trick you performed there, Sailor Senshi. You really caught me offguard. Dost thou have any more of such abilities, I ask thee?" He never let his smirk grow weak. Water was leaking from his clothes, but it soon stopped, and the clothing dried within seconds, as if the water was sucked right out of it. Even Kitakawa's shoes were dry.
The young man was now wearing a different outfit. It looked more like a uniform. It was navy blue with pathes of dark green along the shoulders and hips. Silver lines along the seams. On his shoulder was what looked like an insignia, to indicate some sort of rank in an army. It wasn't the Japanese army though, nor was it the army of any other country in the world. His boots were black and heavy, the usual soldier boots.

Sailor Mercury gasped, her hand still on Toya’s arm. “Ooh, no… This isn’t good…”
They needed to get away, but the other girl just seemed intent on staying, anger and an odd power radiating from her entire body – and Mercury could feel it. She just wasn’t sure if the girl was another enemy, or if she could be a friend. Either way…
“Oh well…” Mercury narrowed her eyes, lifting her arms again. This had to be it… they had to escape this time, and she needed to warn the others what was going on. “Shine aqua illusion!”
A new wave of powerful energy was sent towards Kitakawa, again thankfully catching him off guard, much to Mercury’s own surprise. “Now!” she exclaimed, grabbing Toya’s arm and dragging her off the pier, pelting in the other direction and back to solid land. With any luck the other girl wouldn’t try to pull free again…

Though Kitakawa was caught offguard, his reflexes didn't abandon him this time. He threw up a wall of water, which instantly froze when the blunette's attack hit it, keeping himself from taking any damage. He had set up the wall as wide as the pier was, causing a massive wall of ice to block the girls' only way out. "Sometimes your abilities work against you." Kitakawa's voice could be heard from the other side of the wall. "If you can freeze water, you're a danger to me."
He dove into the water and jumped out on the pier's side of the icewall, much like a dolphin jumps out of water. He landed on his feet with practiced ease, grinning at the Sailor Senshi. "I don't fall for the same trick twice, Sailor Senshi." He was wearing the same smirk, and raised his hands as if in worship of some god. However, as he did, the water around the pier began to become more and more violent. He smirked. "And just in case you can swim, I'll turn the water up a notch. Not even the best swimmer amongst drywalkers can swim in such heavy tides."

“Oh god…” Mercury stepped back, not sure what to do. She’d made a right mess of things… She needed help… But she didn’t want him to see her call the others, then he’d know what she was doing – and she couldn’t shake the feeling that the whole thing was some sort of dastardly evil trap. She didn’t have time to do much else, however, as a very familiar voice suddenly broke the eerie silence that had fallen over the “trio”…
“Deep submerge!”
Mercury’s eyes widened in a mixture of surprise and relief as a large wave of water came thundering towards Kitakawa, the mysterious Sailor Neptune standing behind it.

Kitakawa never saw Sailor Neptune's attack coming, and was taken by surprise. He was blown backwards and into the icewall. As the Deep Submerge finally subsided, he growled and got up onto his feet quickly, glaring at Sailor Neptune. "Another water witch." He then turned his head towards Sailor Mercury again. "So you have summoned at least one of your comrades. Will any more show up?" He asked through a mixture of a smirk and a grimace. He wasn't exactly hurt by the attack, but it did ruffle his feathers, and he wasn't used to being taken off guard from an angle he wasn't expecting anything from. In fact, he hated it. Made him feel like he was being taken advantage of or something.

“She didn’t summon me,” Neptune retorted icily, moving to stand next to Mercury and the other girl, who hadn’t moved the entire time.
“You knew…?” Mercury whispered, arching her eyebrow curiously.
Neptune nodded, her eyes never leaving Kitakawa. “Help is on the way,” she murmured under her breath.
Mercury bit her lip. “I think it could be a trap…”
“If so, we’ll just break free,” Neptune replied, holding her head high defiantly. “So…” she went on, addressing Kitakawa. “Who are you and what do you want?”
