okay, the extra story is a subchapter called "starry skies", the starlights are included, as is a mysterious girl. I've not gotten that far yet(because when I beat SMAS, it was on the Windows 98, which crapped out on me before I found out about this subchapter), all I can say is it could very well be a little hint as to what goes down with the starlights prior to the Sailor Starlights saga, but I dont know. I'll get to it immediately! if you need the button combination, look up gamewinners.com that site should have the info you need.

I'm not so sure about that, there are no sprites for the StarLights located in the game. Also on Gamewinners.com like you suggested there are no such cheat codes for that subchapter, nor can I find anything about it anywhere.

It's on there, but it's as real as sonic and tails in SSBM. . . I'm a game hacker, as in I get into the coding of games and find out what secrets they have and how the games work. Yaten is right, there are no sprites for the Starlights and no coding for them at all.

Look under my name in the Shameless Promos and there'll be a link to a distribution point for the SM:AS game.

Sorriz for doublepostin/bumpin, but I just had to get this under the attention of pplz: I'm not so sure about that, there are no sprites for the StarLights located in the game.
