Ah yes, I see what you're going at. Well done Zyppora. You figured it out all by yourself. *Good boy.*

Your...point? I don't get it.
The Sailor Senshi are Sailor Senshi. This is like asking how...gravity works; because it does. We only know what is, not how is.(Though, they say gravitons are small massless particles that transfer gravity...but its just a theory for now ^^) Or like asking why Neptune had a mirror and not a sword...because she did.
There's nothing to explain other than saying that its the way it is.

If you put two drops of water near each other on a silver plate or somethin, and nudge the plate gently, you'll see that the water, when they touch, will become one drop, and there's no phreakin way to tear it apart and revert them back to their original molecule masses. It's the force that binds molecules together (not to be confused with the force that makes oil sticky). In larger quantities, this force will increase (think electromagnetics and inductance). This force becomes quite large when we have an amount of molecules that's comparable to a planet. That's when we start calling this force 'gravity'.

Sidetrack: Gravity...is the weakest form of force in the universe. It has absolutely no power to bring atoms together (unless you consider, the very weak, Van de Wals forces). Atoms combine electrically. In other words, when atoms bond the force is electric. Molecular attraction is also based on electricity. Water stays water not because of gravity. Water stays water because it has hydrogen bonds, H20, and hydrogen bonds are very cohesive and strong. (Again, electric forces from hydrogen bonds).
On topic:
The Guardian role (what we consider as "Sailor Senshi") passes through other planets. The next set of "inner senshi", will be Juno, Vesta, Pallas, and Ceres. NOT, Jupiter, Mars, Mercury, and Venus.
However, I think THERE can be a "Sailor Chibi Mercury" when Ami becomes Queen, but she won't be a Guardian. (Sailor Pallas will).
The Outer Senshi are eternal and forever, however.

Greek mythology is NOT annoying! Just because christians can only remember ONE god, doesn't mean others are annoying.
