I figured out how to play the Sailor Moon MegaDrive game on a North American Genesis console using the Game Genie. You need the SM MegaDrive cart of course, and the Genesis version of the Game Genie. The obvious:Attach the cartridge onto the Game Genie, then put the Game Genie with the cartridge attached into the cartridge slot, turn it on, wait for the "Invented by Codemasters" screen and the Game Genie title screen to pass by, and then enter this code:
ATYA-AA86
The game was good, but it was too easy! I beat it in like an hour or so. Maybe even less. I wasn't keeping track of exactly how long I was playing.

There was a Mega Drive game?! Daaaamn...... I've got a Mega Drive, I might have to look into this I have the ROM. I can send it to you if you want. It's an arcade-style beat 'em up (eg Final Fight, Captain Commando, one of those Capcom beat 'em ups from the 90's or Streets of Rage). I have the Super Famicom one too (the actual cartridge), which was also a beat 'em up, and it was alot more challenging than the MegaDrive one IMO. I oughta try playing the Mega Drive one with the arcade stick one of these days! I don't have an arcade stick for the Super Nintendo (well not yet at least).

Super NES has an emulator and there are TONS of roms up for download out there. Think you can give us the exact name of the Super Famicom game? Maybe I can find the rom for the emulator somewhere.

I do believe it is the very first Sailor Moon game for the Super Famicom. It came out in either 1993 or 1994.
