This can be for real ships in the manga/anime, or ships that aren't actual, or may just be implied in some way.
My least favorite has got to be the four inner senshi with the four Dark Kingdom generals. I don't really get why it would work and I suspect the idea only exists because of one page of the manga.

(Wooo shipper rants!) Senshi/shitennou has its roots in the infamous artbook picture of them together which Naoko said she had wanted to include in the story (though in the end she didn't.) Although in the present the inners killed the shitennou, I think the ship usually focuses on possible romances in their past lives, when the shitennou weren't evil. There are several hints in Sailor V and one scene in the manga of SailorVenus crushing on Kunzite back in the Silver Millennium, though it's not clear if the feeling was mutual. And when Jadeite kidnaps Rei he says something about having wanted her ever since he saw her. Beyond that it's pure fanon. I think it's kind of cute because it works out so evenly. Five girls, five guys. Two are already paired off, why not do the same with the other eight? Yeah, and then we can just pair Setsuna and Hotaru and everyone will be happy! ...Or not. Yume's least favorite ship of all time is anything that breaks up UsaMamo  Especially if it's Mamoru/Kakyuu >>; I can also rant for hours on why I dislike Chibiusa/Hotaru, but at least that one isn't completely ruled out in canon. |

Usagi-Mamo, Ami-Mako, Minako-Rei, Kunzite-Zoicite, Jadeite-Nephrite, Haruka-Michiru, Setsuna-Hotaru and Chibi-Usa-Helios/Peruru (whichever). Or maybe we should pair Chibi-Usa-Hotaru together, but then who'd be Setsuna's partner? |

Usagi-Mamo, Ami-Mako, Minako-Rei, Kunzite-Zoicite, Jadeite-Nephrite, Haruka-Michiru, Setsuna-Hotaru and Chibi-Usa-Helios/Peruru (whichever). Or maybe we should pair Chibi-Usa-Hotaru together, but then who'd be Setsuna's partner? Pair Setsuna with Peruru/Helios, then! They're both of ambiguous age, so who cares if she's immortal! Plus, there's an alluringly tragic vibe to a pairing between the priest of the sun and the guardian of the planet farthest from the sun. (Okay okay, so Neptune is actually farthest from the sun half the time and Pluto's not really a planet. Poetic lisence.) And the "three o clock" fairy with the time senshi works too XD There's that whole dreams-vs-death, light-and-dark kind of thing... yeah. I really do kind of like the idea of Hotaru/Perle though ^.^ Something about it just struck me as cute. But I gotta ask, why is it always those certain pairs? They're not canon anyway (except Kunz/Zoi.) Where are all the Mako/Rei and Kunzite/Jadeite shippers? Granted, I could not really see Zoisite with any Shitennou but Kunzite. And I'm not sure Mina/Ami would really work either. But I think Zoisite/Mina has its appeal, and of course I love Zoisite/Ami <3 While we're pairing people randomly, let's make it Usagi/Setsuna and Helios/Perle and Kunzite/Endymion! (Yume is not generally a yaoi fan, but even I gotta admit than Kunz/Endy is hawt XD) And what about inner/outer ships? Seriously, I'd like to see someone attempt Rei/Michiru or Mako/Haruka. |

I guess it's pretty much the whole 'opposites attract' thing. I could definately see Usagi-Rei (as many fanficcers with me), and not even because of their elements. Minako-Rei ... I dunno. I guess with Usagi-Mamo and Ami-Mako that only leaves those two ^_^;; But it's still a wonderful pairing, I guess the hairstyles and colors really do go together. Haruka-Michiru and Kunzite-Zoicite should remain, as they're existing relationships, let's not tear-em apart. Kunzite-Endymion? Hmm, I assume you're talking about the evil Prince Endymion, brainwashed by the Dark Kingdom? Hah, he was a bastard anyway, let Kunzite knock him up all he wants And Pluto not being a planet makes no difference to Pluto the Senshi. She still the Senshi of Time, no matter what scientists say. It's quite hard picking a suitable partner for her though. The only one I really see her pair up with is Minako, but that's basically because Minako is the Senshi of Love and Passion. |

Well, I was talking about manga Endymion, where Kunzite was the leader of his guardians. I'm kind of a sucker for the angst potential there: Kunzite loves Endymion, but he "betrays" them and falls for Serenity, and Kunzite tries to break them up ostensibly for the good of the kingdom but really because he's jealous, but he doesn't want to admit that because having feelings for his master would be inappropriate... etc etc.
I was just bein silly about the whole Pluto's-not-a-planet thing ^_^ I don't know about Minako and Setsuna though. I think Minako might move too fast for her, and the way she acts immature sometimes could get on Setsuna's nerves. Plus, Setsuna seems to be very smart, while Minako is... not exactly academically inclined. I don't know though, I guess it could work for the whole opposites attact thing.
Now that I think about it I like the idea of Minako/Hotaru better than Mina/Setsuna. I think Hotaru would appreciate Minako's bubbly side while Setsuna might look down on her as childish or find it annoying. Hmm, how about Mina/Hotaru and Setsuna/(manga)Rei?
But still... Yume's OTP will always be SilMil Venus/Kunzite (angst!) Oops, guess I sorta dragged this off topic...
Oh yes. Add any random outers/starlights pairing to my list of hated pairings. AU is one thing, but Taiki/Haruka just doesn't work in any univese. x.x And Seiya/Haruka... hate does not equal love! >>;

I don't believe Usagi/Rei would work. Opposites only attract, they don't make for long-term relationships.
