Um... out of plain curiousity, Why does Sailor Jupiter's attacks revolve around nature and lightning? Unless I missed something when I was obsessed with Greek/Roman mythology, isn't Zeus's(Jupiter) powers seem to do nothing with nature..

That's why she has Jupiter Oak Evolution. He fought with lightning bolts. So yea.

Naoko Drew form multiple sources to create her characters.
In Japanese the planet Jupiter is "Mokusei" which literally translates as "Wood star".
The kanji "Moku" in Mokusei is the same kanji "Ki" in her last name "Kino", which means wood.

pretty true there. and Mako-chans name does involve trees. the sources are there. Mako-chan stands firm like a mighty oak, and hits like a bolt of lightning, so out of everything, I understand Mako-chans hidden secrets. ^_^

Oak Revolution was a cool attack too. That is actually pretty neat that all of her attacks were not lighting related.
