unfortunately, there are only two ways to see Sailor Moon, buying the videos/dvd's or downloading it. So, unfortunately it is not on tv to my knowledge, but it might depend on what country you live in as there might be one that stil has it on, although since the license has been lost, it really does not sem likely... Sorry.

I wish I could help but unfortunatly Kabal, speaks the truth. Sailor Moon is not currently being shown on any television stations that I am aware of. Your best bet is to do what a friend of mine did and download it. Now unfortunately I am not allowed to tell you exactly where to download the torrent files you need to see it in dual audio. But I can help you with other things such as getting ogg files to work or finding proper codecs.

I'm downloading the full series currently (all 5 of them). It comes down to about 50 GB of data consumption total (not really something I'd expect a 10 year old to do, to be honest ). But yea, I think most (if not all) licenses have expired and eBay would be your best bet (unless you have a wiz kid neighbor).

well, i haven't seen sailor moon on tv is aaages.
i've bought most of the dvds and you can borrow them from your local library ... at least thats what i did here...
but as zyppora said, ebay would be your best bet, or else you can try a good anime store. they usually have heaps of good anime dvds including sailor moon as well as great manga.

Oh Youtube is absolutely wonderful for this purpose, this is how I revived my interest, there are episodes in every important language in existence, brake - not gonna advertising too much. Just type in the desired episode and you're off.
Hope it helped
