I understand how to do screenshots in general (alt+prnt scrn) but when I try to do anime episode screenshots the actual thing I want does not appear on the screen. Its like a window for the Windows Media Player Program and where the actual anime footage is, its replaced with a black area. I don't know how to do movie screenshots! Help please!

You'd need to find out what to press in order to copy that particular image...
I use PowerDVD to get screencaps from DVDs and just press "C", which copies it for me, then I paste it into a new file in Photoshop...
I don't use Media Player to play my DVDs on though, so... I'm not totally sure what to do in order to get a screencap from that...
I know that Print Screen doesn't always work for that sort of thing, though...

What type of image do you save it as? I was thinking GIF? o.o? ..[michiru]

That's actually pretty helpful SSM, coz at least we know what to look for. I'll see if I can download the software, or if you actually have to buy the vidcard.

You can use Limewire to search for programs that will do that, and you can also download seriel numbers to unlock the preminum version without paying.

Doing a movie is hard if on windows cause microst sucks most people use Mac OS cause it's simple and the software is build right that you need. So you should start by using a Mac then a video camera/digital that can be connect to the computer later on to upload you're pics to help make a movie. Anime movies are hard work best leave it to the pros in Japan(nothing personal)they inventated the stuff anyways

Windows comes with Windows Movie Maker, a pretty decent tool for amature movie makers. Next, most people use WINDOWS, NOT MAC OS. Where do you come up with this kind of bullshit? Get your facts straight, or don't post at all.
