I happen to not think so, because when Princess Serena was still alive she was very kind, sweet, loyal, and not much of a crybaby as Sailor Moon is. Although, Sailor Moon is just as kind as her past self, of which I definatly have to agree of!!!  |

Even in the anime her voice was toned down, she spoke as if she were a royal and I remember one specific line 'You cannot come to the ball?' it had a gracefull ring. The must have some differences, one Princess Serena could skate, and dance gracefully. I also remember when Sailor Moon first transformed into Princess Serena her hands held together by her chest... a peacefull postion. For the personality, how could you know, you never saw enough of her she was a come and go character (which is why I happen to love her). |

Um... no... I disagree with this. Even in the magna her voice was toned down. how do you know her voice was toned down? the magna is pictures, there is no sound. lol  |

I'm saying that in the manga she had the same personality when she was in modern itime as when she was the moon princess.

She got caught and the other senshi got on her case about hings like studying. If that isn't enough evidence in the manga then I don't know what is. |

Her sneaking around in the first season (or whatever you want to call it) was because she wanted Darien to go to the ball, of course she didn't listen to Darien when he said not to jump, but go back inside because she was in love. |

Just as any young princess had to study manners and ettiquite since she was the next heir to the thrown. Being royalty isn't all fancy gown, servent and balls you know. You are a leader responsible for the lives of all those under your juridiction. Your required to know how to handle forign ambassadors so you need to know the customs of their land. You need to know the history of your kingdom, so you know what mistakes were made in the past to avoid them. You need to know the customs of your own kingdom so that you don't offend one of the high ranking officials under your jurisdiction. So you need to know manners and ettiquite. And these things don't come naturally to a person. You even admit that she was sneaking around to do her own thing rather thanfulfilling the responsabilities that were required of her. This is not the trait of some wise ruler. But rather the Usagi we all know and love. |

If she was willing to skip studying once what makes you think she would not again? I know several people who have been in love that did not fail in their duties. So "because she was in love" is an invalid reason. If she was truly wise she would have known that sticking to her studies would have been more beneficial to her relationship in the long run. But no, she's good ol loveable Usagi through and through. |
