After playing a certain dating game... One thing I found out through it is that Minako doesn't seem to like police. Why is that? She have a bad history with them or something?

That should be obvious. Her parent might have been born in the 1960's and the word for cops was pig (and all that other good stuff).
Or perhaps the police see senshi as vigilantes.
(The dating sims that you are reffering to is it the dating sims on SailorV.org)

How about she worked together with the police during her time in England (think Catharine for example) ... or in the manga she got chased down by them (with the superintendent having a mad obsession for her )

I'm not sure if the 60s in Japan were quite like the 60s in America...
I think in Sailor V they were trying to arrest her because she kept interfering with their cases. Maybe. But later on she sort of cooperated with them. I don't know if Minako's dislike for police was ever stated in Sailor Moon, but it's commonly accepted among fans since lots of people consider Sailor V part of the SM storyline.

The superintendent was the supermodel-type babe Hence I'm quite fond of the Sailor V manga You should read it, it gets quite funny at some points.
