Does anyone know who guards time while Setsuna is on Earth?

Here's how I think it works: Setsuna goes to earth, allowing the gates of time to be unguarded for a certain amount of time. When she goes back, she actually uses her powers to go back in time, to the point where she left the gates, to guard them, while she's on earth  Nah, I don't think time evolves at the gates of time the way it does on earth. I'd like to think of it as a 'place outside of time'. |
