90 BS- Henry has managed to avoid both chaos on Luna and all out war on the colonies. His Moon Knight a man named Zachary has been pushing to build an army and retake the colonies but Henry continues to attempt diplomacy to try and prevent the conflict he sees in the future for the Millennium. Zachary, fed up with his Masters repetitive shows of inaction, steals the amulet with the Silver Millennium Crystal inside it and gives it to his best friend Elizabeth a member of the 1st Lunarian Hermes regiment. Elizabeth is able to use the power of the amulet to transform into Sailor Moon, the first person to be able to do so in over 380 years. (The last one was Queen Serena the first Sailor Scout) Zachary enlisted Elizabeth’s Hermes regiment and marched to the Sea of Tranquility. Henry, who had discovered that the amulet was missing, was waiting for him there with the other two Lunarian Hermes Regiments. Zachary told Henry he intended to pass with or without his permission. Henry begged him to stay but Zachary was adamant and Henry eventually let him through. 90-84 BS- Zachary’s Hermes regiment fought a Guerrilla War on Mercury against one of the four pretenders. (As they were now called) Although he occasionally got help from the Mercurial Guard most of his local aid came from the five companies of Mercurial Hermes soldiers. Also Sailor Mercury and Mercury Knight joined his force at almost the exact moment he arrived. With a little over 1,500 men at his command Zachary was certainly outnumbered by the Mercurial Pretender’s force of 50,000 men. His Hermes troops were certainly not outclassed however and when Henry finally trained two brand new Imperial Army Divisions (20,000 men) and sent them to aid Zachary the Pretender’s forces were already pretty demoralized. Upon seeing the recreated Imperial Army marching toward them through the Portal, they surrendered. 83 BS- Mercury is formally readmitted into the Silver Millennium. With Mercury’s resources and manpower back under Millennium control Henry now has the resources to take on any two of the remaining three Pretender’s at one time. Therefore the remaining rebels make an alliance both together and with Luna’s long time rival, the Earth. Now the Earth has tried to conquer Luna on four different occasions but was always repulsed no matter how well they did in the beginning. So although they relished the chance to strike their hated enemy they decided to first raise an a multinational army that would actually work well together. (Part of the reason for the many defeats Earth has suffered is that their army doesn’t work as one force but as many small individual armies) 80 BS- Henry dies and is inducted into the Moon Knight Hall of Fame for his efforts to keep the Millennium together. Before he dies however he leaves selection of the new Queen in Zachary’s hands. Zachary chooses Elizabeth on the grounds that she can utilize the full power of the amulet to transform into Sailor Moon. Elizabeth takes the throne and her first act is to marry Zachary. 79 BS- Zachary renounces the title of Moon Knight and gives up the Moonblade for the Sword of Kings. A tournament is held among the Hermes units of both Luna and Mercury and the winner, a twenty-three year old man from Mercury named Jonathan took up the Moonblade. 78 BS- Spies report the massing of a huge armies on Earth, Venus, and Mars. Imperial Guard units on Venus and Mars are beginning to grow desperate, only continual food and aid shipment from Luna and the presence of both the Sailor Scouts and Planetary Knights staves off certain defeat. After reading the reports Zachary orders a full mobilization of the Silver Millennium. “The Imperial Army (Currently at a strength of 20,000 men) will be increased by a factor of ten to be organized into two separate armies of 60,000 men (Mercury) and 140,000 men. (Luna) Also the Hermes units of both nations are to be doubled immediately. This build up will commence immediately and not finish until eight years hence.”- Zachary II, King of Luna 70 BS- The Imperial Army has finished its preparations, now the only thing they have left to do is wait.

68 BS- The Pretenders launch a joint attack on the Lunarian Fortress, Tranquility Base the most heavily defended and fortified position in the Silver Millennium. The Pretenders have an army of 100,000 men facing off against almost 160,000 Imperial Army and Guard forces as well as 6,000 Hermes soldiers. To top it all off, the Pretenders didn’t coordinate their attack’s well and as a result their armies were defeated in detail. As the Pretender’s scattered forces retreated toward the Portal’s King Zachary ordered Jonathan to take two Corps (60,000 men) to Venus while he would take another two Corps to Mars. The Elite’s were to be left behind to guard against any offensive from Earth. “It ends today!” He declared to Elizabeth as he charged through the Marsian Portal. With 120,000 men having left Luna and another 30,000 dead and wounded. Luna could barely field a division. Elizabeth ordered the wounded and prisoners taken from the field. The two mixed brigade’s of Imperial Army and Guard hastened to do her bidding while the 4,500 surviving Hermes troops kept watch over the Portal leading to Earth, waiting. The Earth’s new army that they had created, 510,000 men strong had been waiting for the Pretenders’ attack, they had been asked to support their offensive but they cared nothing for the Pretenders, they wanted Luna and they had laid their plans well. 150,000 men were sent to Mercury, Venus, and Mars in order to keep the Millennium forces on those planets from supporting Luna. The last 60,000 would be sent to crush the remaining Lunarian Forces. The Forth Succession War may have been a victory for the Silver Millennium, but the Forth Earth-Luna War was just beginning. 68-67 BS- Forth Earth-Luna War 68 BS- Earth’s forces attack the rear of both Zachary and Jonathan’s forces initially scattering them in random demoralized directions. On Venus Jonathan gather’s a brigade of men together (about 3,000) on a small rise to make a rearguard action. For his heroics Jonathan manages to save his army but the Brigade suffers 95% casualties. Jonathan himself was killed attempting to save the last few members of the Brigade that stood with him. His sacrifice was noble but it came at a high price. After he died a soldier from Earth recovered his sword. Not recognizing it for what it was worth he presented the blade to his superior. As fate would have it his Captain was none other then Endymion XVII of the once proud Endymion family of the city Luna. The Endymion family had settled on the banks of the Yellow River in China after their defeat on Mars. The Endymion family had become somewhat respected in their small region of China and when the conscription notices went throughout the Earth. Endymion XVII managed to raise a company of men (100) and was therefore declared Captain. When Endymion saw the Moonblade he immediately saw a way for his family to regain their influence with the Silver Millennium. Zachary had fared much better then Jonathan. Zachary had chased the fleeing Pretenders into the Valley Marineris were they surrendered. Seeing the advancing army from Earth Zachary offered a Royal pardon for any man whom would turn and fight for their nation. Originally expecting to be executed for treason the defeated soldiers agreed. Zachary quickly laid his plans. The Earth’s detachment approached the cornered Lunarian forces. Expecting an easy victory the army from Earth charged head on into Zachary’s trap. Zachary had quickly placed soldiers on the sides of the valley and as the Earth’s soldiers charged almost a third of their number were crushed to death by falling debris. Zachary’s troops then attacked from the front and on both flanks. Completely outflanked and with a third of their number dead or wounded by the boulders the Earther’s fled back toward the Portal. Pursued by Zachary’s troops. When the Earther’s arrived at the Portal they turned around and dug in. Determined not to allow Zachary’s forces to return in time to save Luna. Zachary sent a messenger to the Marsian Palace to ask Sailor Mars, Mars Knight, and the remaining Imperial Guard units there to come with all speed. He could feel that something bad was happening on Luna but without reinforcements he wouldn’t be able to break the defenses that the Earth’s army had set up around the Portals. On Mercury the Earth’s army started out dismally. Their initial assault on the Aqua Fortress that guarded the Portals was repulsed with heavy losses. The forces from Earth, determined to reach their goal continued to trudge onward despite their losses. In a determined assault a regiment of Earth born soldiers managed to break through the front gate and enter the Fortress. There they came face to face with the Mercurial Hermes regiment. The Hermes soldiers stalled the offensive and began to push the Earther’s back. After they had forced them out of the Fortress they guarded the gate from a full Division of Earther’s while workmen worked frantically to seal it back up again. The Hermes regiment lost almost 300 men but they had stalled the offensive long enough for the two Divisions of Imperial Guard stationed on Mercury to arrive to reinforce the six Imperial Army divisions already engaged. With 20,000 fresh soldiers on the line the Silver Millennium’s forces managed to push the Earth’s Army back once again. The Earth’s Army detachment was beaten up and exhausted, but the defenders of Mercury weren’t in much better shape. The Aqua Fortress looked like a giant monster had chewed on it and spit it out; the place was a bloody mess of broken bodies and mangled corpses. People would jokingly refer to it as the Crimson Place in the Future. The Commander of the attack on Mercury sent a messenger back to Earth with a full report of the situation to seek further orders. In the meantime they made camp around the Portals. When the Earth’s army arrived on Luna they found a battlefield already littered with the dead of both sides. Tranquility Base was battered but looked pristine compared to the Aqua Fortress. Manning the ramparts was a mere 4,500 men. Expecting an easy victory a Division of Japanese Samurai wielding Katana’s and Yari’s charged the Fortress. The Hermes unit’s teleported straight into the center of their formation, wrecking a huge amount of havoc; the Japanese samurai were being overmatched by the strength and ferocity of the Hermes troops. Eventually however the other five divisions of Earth’s Army on Luna charged and began to push the Lunarian Hermes soldiers back. The Hermes soldiers made a final stand inside the Fortress but were completely overwhelmed. Only ten men survived to carry the news of the defeat back to the Crystal Palace. Total Imperial Military: 175,000 men (Hermes Soldiers: 2,700) United Earth’s Army: 310,000 men

67 BS- On Luna the remaining 30,000 men of the United Earth’s Army moved cautiously towards the Crystal Palace. Waiting for them there was one mixed Division of Lunarian Army/Guard and Elizabeth who stood on top of the Palace Gatehouse awaiting the arrival of the soldiers from Earth. As the 30,000 men came up to the Palace walls Elizabeth raised the Silver Millennium Crystal above her head and a force field materialized around the entirety of the Palace. After a few attempts the Earth’s soldiers realized that they could not brake through the field and they made camp within throwing distance of the Crystal Palace’s walls and decided to wait it out. Inside the Palace Elizabeth knew that she could only keep the shield up for twenty-four hours before the strain would kill her. She could only hope for a miracle now. On Mars Zachary’s 40,000 man army had been reinforced by the Marsian Imperial Guard, (15,000) the Marsian Hermes Regiment, (1,000) and also by Sailor Mars and Mars Knight. With their combined forces Zachary decided to launch a frontal assault to punch a hole in the position the Earth’s soldiers had dug themselves into around the Portal. Zachary’s Army charged straight into the Earth’s Army’s position with Zachary and Sailor Mars leading the charge. Once they got within one hundred yards the army stopped advancing except for Sailor Mars whose name was Crystal. Crystal crossed her hands over her chest and gave the soldiers from Earth a glare. “I suggest you surrender now. It’ll go easier on you if you do!” An Earth born Lieutenant stood up and yelled to his men, “She’s only one girl in a red fuku. Shoot her men!” Ten archers stood up and took aim at Crystal. Crystal sighed and uncrossed her arms. “I can’t allow you to do that.” She whispered, then in a louder voice she cried, “Mars! Celestial! Fire! Surround!” Bolts of fire erupted from her hands in the shape of triangles to blast against the Earth’s defenses. “Now Mars Knight! Now!” Yelled out Crystal as she dropped to the ground to avoid arrows launched in retaliatory strikes. Then one massive 5th dimensional Portal opened and the Marsian Hermes unit with Mars Knight at its head landed and spewed fire over that entire section of the Earth’s defenses. Zachary seeing the success of the attack ordered a full charge and his men entered the breach following on the heels of the Marsian Hermes Regiment. The battle was over within two hours and the Portals stood open, ready for use. Zachary gathered his remaining 45,000 men and marched them through the Portal to save Luna.

On Venus the Imperial Army had retreated to the walls of the capital city were, supported by the surviving troops of the Imperial Guard, the soldiers were placed in a state of Siege. This was all to end however when the regiment that Endymion XVII was stationed with was on picket duty. Endymion had been talking to his fellow soldiers and officers and had convinced them that defecting to the Silver Millennium would be the best idea in the long run. Under a flag of truce Endymion was granted an audience with the Imperial troops. Agreeing to his plan the Imperial soldiers marched quietly out of the city and entered the Earthier’s camp. By the time they were discovered it was too late. Most of the Earthier’s surrendered and the few who put up resistance were quickly killed. Venus was a free planet again. Total Imperial Military: 170,000 men (Hermes Soldiers: 2,700) United Earth’s Army: 160,000

67(Jun-Dec)BS- Elizabeth collapsed in exhaustion on the stone wall surrounding the Crystal Palace on Luna. The energy shield surrounding the palace flickered and died. The 30,000 soldiers from Earth assaulted the Palace quickly bursting through the outer walls with a battering ram. The Surviving Imperial Army/Guard troops attempted to halt their advance but were quickly pushed back towards the inner walls surrounding the palace proper. The ten Hermes soldiers had grabbed the Queen as she collapsed and carried her back to her personal quarters. They had just arrived when a blood stained Imperial Guard soldier reported that the enemy had already breached the inner walls and that there was fighting in the grand hall. Two of the Hermes soldiers stayed with the Queen while the rest of the eight went to fight. It took the remaining 15,000 men three hours to fight their way through the grand hall and through the numerous passageways that lead to the Queen’s chambers. By that time the once pristine and glowing hallways of the Crystal Palace were smeared with the blood of Ally and enemy. The final assault came when the last twenty Luanrians including members of the Imperial Guard, Imperial Army and one Hermes soldier mad a desperate last stand in front of the Queen’s bedchamber. Breaking through the Earthier’s smashed down the heavy oak door to find the Queen in a deep sleep guarded by the last two surviving Hermes soldiers on Luna. The surviving troops from Earth had witnessed these soldiers fighting in battle and knew how deadly they could be, but spurred on by their officers the troops attacked having to come through the door four at a time. It took the troops from Earth the better part of a day before the exhausted Hermes soldiers fell to the ground and were set upon by the attackers. The surviving 500 men from Earth crowed around the bed and stared at the sleeping Queen whom so many had given their lives to protect. The highest ranking soldier who had survived the carnage, a captain. Forced his way through the crowd. Ordering his troops out to guard the walls, the captain paced around the Queen before finally coming to a decision. Drawing a small dagger, the captain went to work. Zachary rushed his troops towards the Crystal Palace terrified at what might await him there after he had beheld the carnage that was all that remained of Tranquility Base. When he arrived at the Crystal Palace the surviving 500 men from Earth took one look at the 45,000 Imperial soldiers surrounding the Palace and surrendered. Zachary rushed through the Palace almost sliding off his feet on the blood soaked tile floor of the great hall. Reaching his wife’s bedchambers his worst fears were confirmed when he saw the Captain from Earth sitting on the floor having cried his eyes out. On the bed, Elizabeth’s throat had been cut and the bed sheets were soaked in her blood. Zachary rushed to the bed disbelieving he collapsed on the corpse of his wife and wept for almost ten full minutes. Not one of his men even went into the palace having heard the story from the captured prisoners. Zachary then turned to the captain who was slumped against the wall. For one second Zachary thought of drawing his sword and running the man through, but couldn’t bring himself to do it. In the end the captain was tied up with the rest of the prisoners. Within the following months the remaining Earthier’s would surrender on Mercury and all of the POW’s from the United Earth Army about 230,000 men. Awaited sentence on the still blood soaked plains surrounding Tranquility Base. Zachary and Endymion, who had become his most trusted counsel in the last few months, had discussed the problem of what to do with the surviving troops. In the end Endymion received permission to embark on a bold plan. Endymion would take the troops back home with him to China and there he would use the troops to begin a path of conquest in the name of the Silver Millennium. Endymion’s hope was that by uniting the Earth under his family and then as a planet joining the Silver Millennium they could avoid the continuous warfare, which had, plagued the two worlds for centuries. Zachary agreed and the POW’s supported by two core of the Imperial Army headed for China.

His last few days were spent locked in his queen’s bedchamber where he had refused to even have the blood stained sheets washed. Endymion XVII showed up for his funeral and expressed great sorrow at the passing of his friend but refused to wear the crown of the Silver Millennium. “My family has much more to pay for before I can wear that crown. I will not take it before then, you must chose among yourselves.” After checking Zachary’s bloodline a young Hermes soldier from Venus was discovered to be his closest relative. The young man named Mathais took up the throne with some small apprehension but soon proved to be a very capable ruler. 58 BS-10 BS- Endymion XVII and his son Endymion XVIII continue their quest to unite all of the Earth, and in the year 10 Before Serenity Emperor Endymion is able to formally request admission from the aging King Mathais and his wife Queen Amara. Chapter One: The Warrior
A figure could be seen in the distance, but only barely. The dark sky, which blotted out the sun, made sight difficult. The figure leaned against a tree, his sword was sheathed at his side but he had no intention of using it any time soon. The dark sky, which had been promising rain for almost an hour finally, opened up, quickly saturating the surrounding landscape. The figure however was not phased by the rain, neither did he feel the biting chill of an angry wind. His anger kept him warm on this frigid evening. Thoughts pounded through his brain, keeping his blood at a boil. That fool! He yelled out in his mind. Doesn’t she realize! ARGGGGHH! The man grabbed his sword examining his new blade. I miss my old sword…but…this one will do for now. Giving the blade a through look over he rubbed the symbol of Mercury, which glistened even in the rain. “So what do I do now, how do I give my life purpose. Stripped of rank, title, dignity, family, friends…what do I do with myself now? What is my purpose!” The figure screamed looking deep into his wavy reflection in the rain-coated steel. The sword didn’t respond. The figure slid down the tree to come to rest in a pool of mud. Ignoring the sticky substance, the man leaned his head back and was soon fast asleep.
