Who else agrees? I'd like to hear your opinions on the matter! Speak of the devil and he appears! Bwhahahahahahaha! *Begins hacking from laughing too hard* I am one of the few but proud standing on the opposite side of the argument. I have grown to dislike the Neptune/Uranus relationship, and of course I’ll tell you why.... (Even if Creshosk is the only who responds to this.. lol.) It has occurred to me that the Japanese Anime creators/writers/directors of today have some unnatural obsession with two things.. A. The Female body B. Homosexuals and Bisexuals To be honest A I don’t really mind, what with being a heterosexual Male and all... However the latter part of their obsession is starting to bother me. Not that I am a bigot or anything mind you.. I mean I don’t mind read manga or watching anime with/involving Homosexuals, Bisexuals, and incest occasionally, but after awhile it tends to get old. I’m sick of reading/watching some boy have an out of body experience and become forced to Dress, Act like, Become possessed by, or be turned into a female. I’m also a little tired of the whole homosexual and bi relationships that are popping up like pixies. Heh, but it’s probably just a trend that will be replaced by something else in the future.. I wonder if there a lot of homosexuals in the Japanese Community.. (Note: Sick of reading and tired do not mean in any way I am prejudice against Bisexuals or Homosexuals, Just thought I would say this so I don’t hurt anyone’s feelings.)

Actually, they don't descriminate against it the way that we do over here in america. there its no big thing just part of everyday life. Here its just now starting to not be taboo. So I don't think you'll see any less homosexual relationships as you will see any less heterosexual relationships. And besides the number of homosexual Anime characters is no where as near as many as heterosexual anime characters. however several times, in sailor moon, and even little children anime (e.g. CCS, Pokemon) there are brief "romantic" moments between same gender characters as well as opposite genders charaters. Even the post event embarrasments tend to have identical reactions either way, with the teasing being pretty much uniform and unbiased to gender. Naturally some characters have a predisposition to homosexuality or heterosexuality, but there are other characters, which through american dubbing, the truth of thier questions about their sexuality are obscured as funny moments.

It's true. Japanese culture (as well as their fiction) has more homosexual pairings, because they don't have to hide from Bush+minions.
On a sidenote, female body + homo-/bisexuality = bliss.

Yes, I see what your saying about it. But surely America isn't the only country that disriminates against Homosexuals? It sure seems like I hear a lot of “oh in America this...” or “America does that!” a lot these days Feelings of Anti-Homosexuality in America does not stem from Bush. It comes from the belief of Conservatism. Anti-homosexuality has been around for a LONG time. Much longer then any of the bush’s have been in Office. I have never heard of this Bush’s minions thing you speak of... I assume your talking about Bush’s staff at the white house. Well the second in command of the executive office is the Vice president. And he is not Bush’s minion... We elected him. I say we but I think your European right? Well the American people vote for the president and Vice president yada yada... Which reminds me.. 2004 election coming up! And yes I’m gonna vote!

It sure seems like I hear a lot of “oh in America this...” or “America does that!” a lot these days Of course there's more countries out there in which homosexuality is considered a sin (Vatican for example). It's just that the USA is so fierce about it. That, and it's considered the most powerful country in the world. This is true, but you can't deny the fact that Bush is whipping up hateful feelings towards homosexuality. Yes, I'm European, so basically I can't really judge, seeing as how politics never really interested me (they uphold taxes, which is IMHO a legal form of grand theft, just to give you an example of how I see it). Bush + minions I said because I wanted to illustrate the fact that he's evil. I guess he's not all that evil though ... just plain stupid. Last note: Vote Kerry pplz! Down with Bush!

It sure seems like I hear a lot of “oh in America this...Eor “America does that!Ea lot these days I'm not programmed with that kind of statistical data. America is slow t oadapt due to strong feelings of conservatism. Feelings of Anti-Homosexuality in America does not stem from Bush. It comes from the belief of Conservatism. Ugh, politics . . . Look, I'm going to vote for bush because I think a right-wing nut job could do a better job in the war than a liberal sissie. Dave: Watch it. You're badmouthing the guy who can take the ketchup away. Creshosk: Why? because he's a liberal weiner? Dave: You win the bad pun of the day award.

Both Bush and Hitler had the power to conquer the world. Only one of them also had the brains. Actually Bush never had that power. If he got too agressive we'd have impeached him (kicked him out of office). There are checks and balances set up to prevent there from being a dictator like Hitler.

There are checks and balances set up to prevent there from being a dictator like Hitler. So basically he can't dictate the USA, but he CAN dictate Iraq? For that's what he's doing right now, he just calls it 'liberating'.

he just calls it 'liberating'. That's cause he did remove a Hitler from power. . . 20 Dec 1984 According to statistics furnished by the White House, a total of 4,000 Iraqis are summarily executed at Abu Ghraib on orders of Saddam Hussein. Feb-Mar 2000 According to statistics furnished by the White House, a total of 120 Iraqi political prisoners are executed at Abu Ghraib on orders of Saddam Hussein Oct 2001 According to statistics furnished by the White House, 23 Iraqi political prisoners are executed at Abu Ghraib on orders of Saddam Hussein. Iraq has compiled documentation on over 600,000 civilian executions in Iraq. Human Rights Watch reports that in one operation alone, the Anfal, Saddam killed 100,000 Kurdish Iraqis. Another 500,000 are estimated to have died in Saddam's needless war with Iran. Coldly taken as a daily average for the 24 years of Saddam's reign, these numbers give us a horrifying picture of between 70 and 125 civilian deaths per day for every one of Saddam's 8,000-odd days in power"

Both Bush and Hitler had the power to conquer the world. Only one of them also had the brains. I really can’t believe you just compared Bush to Adolf Hitler. There’s a worlds gap of difference between a country that is a democracy and a country that has a dictator. If anything one should compare Saddam to Hitler... Bush has no where near the power Hitler had. Every action bush takes he gets slammed by critics, You think Hitler would allow open critics in his own empire? Hell No! Bush is not dictating the USA. The USA has NO dictator. Why can’t people understand this? George W. Bush holds office in one of three branches of the united states government. He holds office as the commander in chief in the executive department. A dictator can make laws.. Can Bush? NO. He can propose laws but he cannot make any law. That’s up to Congress. A dictator can sentence people to death in court... Can Bush NO. The United States has it’s own separate court system. And as for Iraq please, can we avoid talking about politics like that so this does not turn into a messy debate. Because I really don’t like debating
