Whoa. That was long, Creshosk-sama. Heh. Also, in the episode 'Self-Awareness as a Soldier! Strength Lies in the Pure Heart!', when Chibiusa is returning to the future, she mentions Chronos being the guardian of time. Keep in mind this is the speech she says in the dub... "Chronos, guardian of time, open the door of time and space for me. Oh, mysterious guardian of time, help me now to get back to the future. Take me home where I came from. Please guard me, please light up the way and safely guide me through the long passage of time." I know she says that, I've read it plenty of times in fanfics. Though, as with everything in the category 'dub', it's rather debatable.

I know a lot about Astrology... and yes I agree with Creshosk, it does make sense for Pluto and Saturn.

cresh, you have impressed me beyond anything I could comprehend. you've overwhelmed me with your knowledge! congratulations man! it's all now subconsious... which means only my hands might remember it, but not my brain... oh well. ^_^ my hands think more than the rest of me anyways. ^_^ pluto and saturn... wow, Pluto being guardian of time in relation to the ancient greek legend of Pluto being a child of chronus, as the cronus relation brings her to be guardian of time, carrying the blood of chronus with her on her time key, and Saturn carrying the glaive of silence which is like the sythe of the grim reaper... wait, you didnt mention the relation of Sailor Saturn to the grim reaper, since her weapon is clearly simmilar to the blade of the grim reaper... then again, people would look forward to a reaper like Botaan from Yu Yu Hakusho... now your knowledge is busting up paradox after paradox in my head! all things exist in paradox, as nothing is without paradox! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Actually, I think the whole world exists without paradox. Of course, one could create a certain paradox, but only to an extent. Pluto and Saturn being switched ... *shrugs* You could view it as a paradox, but those two are hard to keep apart, especially if you throw in three different mythologies (Roman, Greek and Japanese/Eastern).

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! Well Saturn, The grim reaper, and even father time are all potentially paterned after the same entity. Particularly because the silence glaive is refered to as a Kama in the manga which is closer to "scythe" than "glaive" in translation. . . I thought I had explained that. . . oh well . . .

They aren't mixed up, but the color scheme for them throws me off. If Saturn is able to destroy the world, and Moon is the one to restore it. Shouldn't they be opposites?
And given that Moon is silver/white in color....then shouldn't Saturn be black rather than Pluto? (Pluto has a black uniform and...I would guess aura while Saturn has a purple one).

shouldn't Saturn be black rather than Pluto? (Pluto has a black uniform and...I would guess aura while Saturn has a purple one). Fluorite, hotaruishi ("Firefly Stone") in japanese, is typically purple. Not only that but Capricorn, who's ruling body is Saturn is also associated with Fluorite. The planet pluto also has strong associations with the color black, since it's associated with Onyx and obsidian, as well as a connection to garnet through the sign scorpio. So even the colors match up perfectly. It's interesting to note that there are pictures taken of saturn's moons that have a purple haze to them:

I completley follow the zodiac star signs etc, so I find that it's right the way it is - in my opinion
