Kitakawa grinned widely and raised his hands higher, the water in the harbour stirring even more. It was now as violent as one would expect in a serious storm. It didn't take long before the pier broke off, leaving the Sailor Senshi and the Atlantean adrift inside the harbour. Kitakawa closed his eyes briefly, allowing his skills to keep the massive brick floating, rather than sinking. He lowered his hands again, and before anyone knew what was going on, the pier was surrounded by a wall of water, reaching as high as fourty feet.
The bluehaired boy looked at Sailor Uranus. "No intervening. It's you versus me now, Sailor Senshi." He was aware that the waterwall was taking away any visuals the other Senshi might have wanted. Especially Sailor Neptune. She was down-to-earth, rational, but unpredictable if she saw her comrade in trouble. Kitakawa realised this and raised the water partly for that purpose. Another was blocking Sailor Mercury's visor. He wasn't sure if it was truly blocked, but hoped the wall was impenetrable by the technology used by the ice witch. "Now." He exclaimed. "Where were we?"

“Aaah crap!” Jupiter exclaimed. “We can’t see!”
“Don’t be too sure,” Mercury replied, her visor still running.
“Thank god for you and that thing, Merc!” Jupiter said, breaking into a small grin.
“You have to let us know what’s happening,” Mars put in, realising just how worried Neptune was at that moment.
The water Senshi said nothing, moving from one foot to the other anxiously.
“So it’s your rules is it, then?” Sailor Uranus enquired, narrowing her eyes at Kitakawa. “Fine…” She stepped forward slowly. “Come on, then… Show me what else you’ve got…”

Kitakawa shrugged at her. "All I have is liquid." That said, he sped forward and aimed to plant a good swing from the left at Uranus' face. He was aware that she would dodge and counter ruthlessly. She was the kind of warrior Kora was, not afraid of anything or anyone. She wasn't afraid to be hurt, and she'd stand up for a weaker ally anytime. But just before he was supposed to strike the blonde Senshi in the face, he allowed the pier to shift up on her side, throwing her slightly off balance and into the swing.

Uranus was quick to recover, only just dodging the attack and slipping to the side out of the way. “Ooh no you don’t…” she muttered, spinning on her heel and sending out her leg, her foot connecting with his jaw and sending him stumbling backwards. It had to be a fight without mystical power, unfortunately… Anything stronger could send the pier sinking into the ocean, which was something she couldn’t let happen…
“She’s holding her own, but he’s a nasty piece of work,” Mercury reported through the view on her visor.
“Ooh this is so frustrating!” Neptune exclaimed, shaking her head. “Mercury, can’t you freeze that wall of water? And Mars, you could melt it? Then we could see what was happening?”
“He said no intervention, besides, he’s what’s keeping that thing afloat,” Mercury replied, her voice thin. “If I upset the balance, it will send them both into the water. And he’ll have the advantage…”
“We’re both strong swimmers, we could help her,” Neptune replied, momentarily losing her level head.
“No… I don’t think we can risk it…” Mercury argued, looking at her. “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have led you all here. This is my fault,”
“No it’s not!” called out a voice. Sailor Venus.
The others turned to see the blonde haired Senshi racing towards them, Sailor Moon trailing behind at a slower rate. “Sorry we’re so late!” Venus said, stopping and staring at the large wall of water. “Oh my god, what’s happening?!”
Mars calmly explained the situation quickly.
“Oooh…” Venus narrowed her eyes. “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of this…”
“No, Venus, don’t,” Mercury said, but was too late. Venus had already made her move.
“Venus love me chain!”
Uranus was about to go in for another attack, when a bright orange flash of light burst through the water wall, wrapping itself around her and pulling her away. “What the hell?!”
She suddenly found herself back on land with the others. “What are you doing?” she exclaimed, turning on Venus. “I could have had him!”
“He’s cleverer than you think,” Mercury said quietly, tapping the side of her visor. “I’ve scanned him enough to work that out…”
“Well now he’s going to be even more pissed!” Uranus stated, rolling her eyes.
“At least we’re all together now,” Neptune said quietly, the sound of her voice causing Uranus’s expression to soften.
“So,” she said, looking at each of the other Scouts in turn. “What happens now?”

Kitakawa watched in surprise as the Venus Love Me Chain burst through his waterwall and wrapped itself around his opponent, before yanking her off the pier and through the water, out of the fight. He growled and dropped the waterwall, glaring at the group of Sailor Senshi standing at the shore. Within seconds, the pier sank to the bottom of the harbour, and Kitakawa liquified and fell apart. He reappeared near the shore, jumping up and landing on solid ground, looking at Sailor Uranus. "I thought you were a warrior of honour. How wrong I was." He then turned to look at Sailor Venus, who was still holding the end of the Love Me Chain. "You've meddled into a duel, you foul drywalker witch." He raised his left hand in the same manner he had summoned the harbour water to become violent, and it stilled, becoming normal water again.
Without warning, a torrent of water shot up and sped towards the group of Senshi. Completely controlled it barely missed the Atlantean and rushed past him, the wind of its wake twisting the bluehaired boy's uniform. The torrent bypassed several Senshi, before grabbing Sailor Neptune and dragging her into the harbour water. The mass of water and its current were so strong that Neptune had no chance of freeing herself, and she was dragged underwater, the currents that Kitakawa summoned strong enough to keep her from reaching the surface. "Thou hast broken my trust, and thou shalt pay for it."

“Neptune!” Uranus hollered, pushing past Kitakawa and diving into the water to rescue her beloved friend.
“No!” Sailor Moon cried out, stepping forward. “Why are you doing this?! Why?!” she was on the verge of tears, clasping her hands together tightly. “This isn’t fair!”
“Let me handle this,” Jupiter growled, holding up her hands.
“Stop!” Mercury exclaimed, but yet again wasn’t fast enough.
Jupiter held her hands over the raised antenna of her tiara. “Supreme Thunder!” she yelled, summoning a great ball of electricity and hurling it towards the enemy.

Kitakawa jumped out of the way of the Supreme Thunder attack, knowing what the effect of electricity on water was. He was smirking, enjoying his enemy's peril. He had guessed right: Neptune and Uranus were closer than the other Sailor Senshi. "There is nothing you can do for your drowning comrades." He spoke calmly. "You shouldn't have interfered. Honour is not a trait human drywalkers are renowned for, and yet again it shows." He then turned to Sailor Mercury. "Ice witch, why dost thou analyze me? Dost thou really think thy comrades cannot defeat me with the right amount of teamwork?"

“I’m trying to see what makes you tick,” Mercury replied. “And I think we can beat you…”
“Mind telling us how?” Jupiter murmured.
A distraction… of some sort… Mercury narrowed her eyes. But what…?
“Incoming!!!” shrilled an unfamiliar voice.
Everyone turned to see where it had come from, hearing the call of: “Earth Hailstorm Freeze!” following afterwards.
From seemingly out of nowhere, an icy blast of hail stones shot passed the Scouts and hit Kitakawa dead on, freezing him in place.
“Who is that?!” Mars exclaimed in surprise.
The girls craned their necks to see a blur of green and black race towards them, the all too familiar grey of Luna the cat alongside it. When they could make it out more clearly, they realised it was another girl who was approaching, but not just any girl…
“Another Sailor Scout?!” Venus gasped. “Who is she?!”
The newcomer stopped as she reached them, twirling her scythe above her head with a shocking amount of ease. “Heya…” she said, smiling. “This guy causing you problems?” she looked at Kitakawa, suddenly recognising him. “Wait a second… I know him!”
“Who are you?!” Mars asked her.
Luna padded towards them. “The new addition to the team… Say hello to Sailor Earth…”
The moment of shock and the surprise attack had allowed Neptune and Uranus a chance to break free, and the two of them were pulling themselves out of the water as an odd silence fell over the others. “Who is that?!” Uranus choked out, pointing at the new Scout in black and green.
“Just did the intro,” Sailor Earth replied, arching her eyebrow. “And now it’s maybe time for the outro…” she stepped towards the frozen Kitakawa, holding her scythe out in front of her. “So… evil little S.O.B, are you…?”

Kitakawa was completely taken off guard and froze in place, not even getting the chance to realise what was happening to him. Him freezing over meant the release of the water's grip on both Uranus and Neptune, allowing them to surface. Kitakawa strained all the muscles in his frozen body, trying to break free of the encapsulement that was far stronger than what he experienced earlier when he faced down against Sailor Mercury. 'Another ice witch?' He thought as he felt some of his inner molecules shift to their normal liquid form again. 'I thought there was only one ...'
Naturally, it took him several minutes before he got the ice to start cracking and breaking. Damnit, this was NOT the way to accomplish missions. He had two Sailor Senshi just where he wanted them, ready to deliver their bodies to his prince, and now they got a clean escape. Those blasted Sailor Senshi were a clever bunch. But nothing was lost. He had gotten a good idea of what they were capable of and that was his main objective. Smiling was not an option with a frozen face, but he could feel the corner of his mouth tug upwards a bit. Yes, nothing was lost indeed.
He finally broke loose, large chunks of ice still sticking to him, but the majority had broken off, especially around his knees, elbows, neck and head. He glared at the new Sailor Senshi. "Thou shalt pay for thy intervening." He growled at her, allowing his voice to be laced with hatred. He then shook off the remaining patches of ice, before jumping up and ending up in the harbour water, making an escape from what would have been a lost battle. He needed to get the message to Atlantis, and possibly summon backup. 'Kora.' He thought. 'I never thought I'd actually need your help. This will hurt my pride.'

“Yeah run you little coward!” Uranus called out to his disappearing form. “You’re no match for us!”
“He nearly was,” Neptune said quietly, clasping Uranus’s hand tightly.
“It’s cool now, though,” Uranus replied, smiling at her. “We’ve got some seriously neat back up,” she glanced up at Sailor Earth. “Where did you spring from?”
Sailor Earth shrugged. “Oh, uh… I’m not sure, really… This talking cat, Luna, found me. She told me I was Sailor Earth, because I had this weird symbol glowing on my head,” she made a face. “I didn’t realise just who or what I was, but after I transformed, I started to remember everything about my past,”
“Sailor Earth is the Princess of Earth,” Luna put in. “She is the younger sister of Prince Endymion.”
The others stared at her in shock. “Mamoru has a sister!” Sailor Moon murmured, more to herself, but it was loud enough for the others to hear.
“Come on, we should get back and re-group a bit,” Venus suggested with a glance at Sailor Earth.
“Yes, and I shall talk to you about Sailor Earth in more detail,” Luna replied. “I’m starting to remember a few things myself…”
“And we’d better get this one back as well,” Mars added, gesturing towards Toya, who had been with them the whole time. “She has some rather interesting abilities herself…”
Luna nodded. “All right… Let’s go… Mercury?”
Sailor Mercury was staring into space, her eyes on the spot Kitakawa had made his escape to. “Sorry, what?” she turned around at the call of her name.
“Come on, we have to go,” Jupiter said, grabbing Mercury’s arm and pulling her away.
Mercury nodded absent-mindedly, following the others. She couldn’t help thinking it wasn’t the last they would see of the mysterious, vengeful Atlantean…

(( I'm taking over Sailor Venus and Sailor Jupiter from here on, until further notice )) Once the Sailor Senshi had made their way back to the Hikawa temple, they reverted to their normal selves. They were assembled in their study room. Minako looked at Sailor Earth. "So, who are you? Luna never told us anything about Sailor Earth." Makoto on the other hand, was grumbling a bit to herself. "Damnit, I could have had him. He's madly afraid of my electricity attacks." Though true, it was more of a self-scolding nature than an actual point she was trying to make.

“There’s a reason for that,” Luna replied, looking at the now reverted form of Sailor Earth. “Illyria here wasn’t initially meant to join the fight,”
“What do you mean?” Ami asked with a frown.
“Mamoru had no recollection of a sister, because he wasn’t supposed to,” Luna went on. “It’s all coming back to me now, though,” she turned her attention to Illyria, who was looking relieved to be back in her casual attire, but also confused. “After you were born, you were sent away to be protected and trained for a future purpose – if the Earth was to come under severe attack, you would lead the defence, alongside Mamoru, or, Prince Endymion, your brother. Do you remember that now?”
Illyria nodded slowly. “Yes. It’s… weird, but I do. I was trained in different aspects, witchcraft and martial arts,” she lowered her eyes. “I met that guy, before all that stuff happened,” she murmured, going on a slight tangent. “He seemed nice…”
“Seeming nice doesn’t always mean you are,” Michiru replied, a trace of sympathy for the other girl in her voice.
“I guess not,” Illyria conceded, sighing heavily.
“But you sent him packing,” Haruka said with a smirk. “That was a cool move, it totally took him by surprise,”
“Anyway,” Luna went on, not to be sidetracked for too long. “It turned out Illyria, or indeed Sailor Earth, wasn’t needed after all… but now… she is…”

Makoto looked at Illyria. She was particularly interested in the fact that she knew him. "You know who he is? Did you meet beforehand or something? And does he know who you are?" Makoto wanted to know about her enemy. She wasn't pleased at all when Kitakawa had taken Neptune, and she feared that one of them would be the next victim of this new evil.
Minako had just listened silently. She wasn't sure what to think. But she did know what to say. She turned to Haruka. "Haruka-san, I'm sorry about what I did. Because I was so reckless you and Michiru-san almost died." She wasn't exactly proud of her actions, and thought she was doing the right thing at the time, but looking back at it now, it was one big mistake which almost took away two of their strongest allies.

“Eeh…” Haruka arched her eyebrow. “What happened happened…”
Illyria remained silent for a moment, pondering Makoto’s question before finally answering. “I only just met him at the Crown, I never knew him personally. I was just looking for something to sketch, and he intrigued me, so I started drawing him and we had a short conversation,”
“You draw?” Michiru asked, leaning closer. “Do you have the pictures you did of him still?”
“Oh, shoot, they must be at Mamoru’s place,” Illyria replied. “I had them with me when I fainted,”
“I’ll call him and ask him to bring them over!” Usagi said, racing into the temple to do just that.

"Well, at least we know who and what he is. I mean, we did get a good look at him." Minako spoke up. She was looking at Ami. "So, Ami-chan, did you get a good analysis of him with your visor? Does he have any weaknesses?" Makoto nodded in agreement. Knowing just what they were dealing with, would prove helpful the next time they were to face him down. "And why did he mention 'Kora'? That was another general in his army, right? You'd think keeping us out of the loop would tactically be the smartest thing."
