Just then a beam of energy cut a path, between Inuyasha and the girls, kicking up dust and leaving a scorch mark. as the dust was settling there was a lound thud as a shadowy shape landed nearby. The shadowy form rose to a standing position. Loud footsteps could be heard as the figure slowly walked towards Inuyasha.

"Stand aside human." A cold electronic voice eminated form the figure as it stopped moving forward. "This unit was dispatched to retreive target designate: Inu-Yasha, alive and undamaged. All other target designates are to be dealt with according to primary programming." With that the figure raised an arm. The end of the arm started emitting a faint light that illuminated enough to show that the end of the arm ended in a cyliderical shape that the light was coming from within. After a second the light started to become more intense illuminating a larger area. "This unit will not hesitate to terminate any life signals coming from other non-Inu-Yasha designates."

"Stand down human." two faintly glowing lights that would be at about the place for the figures eyes slowly turned red for a second before turning back to yellow. "Acknowledged. New secondary directive confirmed." The cylinder with the light swiveled to point towards Kagome. "Target designate: Kagome Higurashi. This unit is under orders to terminate Target designate." Little bubbles of light slowly appeared around the mouth of the cylider and starting moving in. The main lightgrew in intensity to a nearly blinding light, beform it seemed to melt out and in an instant a beam of white light flew straight at Kagome.

"Oh no!!"Kagome looked at the light and tried to move but got hit by the beam.She went flying into a tree and fainted.
