[glow=purple,2,300]I know that her eyes are the same color as my birth stone of Jan. But forgot what it is called. YunaX2 In the SNES game BSSM: Another Story, Pluto's profile states that her birthstone is called Garnet. Hence the Garnet Orb on her staff. Is that what you were looking for?

Sailor Pluto and the Garnet Sailor Pluto carries around her Talisman, the Garnet Orb, on top of her Garnet Rod. In the Sailor Moon Another Story RPG we're told that the garnet is the mineral associated with Sailor Pluto. Even the gems that are seen on her earrings appear to be deep red garnets. Sailor Pluto's association with the garnet can be linked to classical mythology. Astrologers have also assigned certain gemstones to the planets. One of the planetary gemstones for Pluto is, indeed, garnet. The name "garnet" is etymologically related to the term "pomegranate." Garnets were given that name because they were said to resemble pomegranate seeds. The pomegranate seed plays a very important role in the story of Hades(roman:Pluto) and Persephone in classical Greek mythology.

In addition, the Garnet Orb Pluto carries around, is said to be one of three legendary treasures in Japanese mythology: a sword, a mirror and a jewel. We all know who holds the sword and mirror in this case.

How does pluto come back to life in the Stars season? does anybody know? She appears alive from ep 167 (Stars ep 1), so she must have been revived at the end of Super S saga.

Sailor Moon, Sailor Chibi Moon - Diamond Sailor Mercury - Sapphire Sailor Mars - Ruby Sailor Jupiter - Emerald Sailor Venus - Topaz Sailor Pluto - Garnet Sailor Neptune - Aquamarine Sailor Uranus - Amber Sailor Saturn - Hasn't got any stones... This is the list of character stones from Another Story. Just to make it clear. I heard somewhere that the gemstones also match the birthstones of the senshi, but considering the modern birststone system, this is not true. I haven't been able to find the correct system yet. Here's an overview. Phat names mean matching birthstones. Month | Birthstone | Senshi | January | Garnet | Saturn, Uranus | February | Amethyst | | March | Aquamarine | Neptune | April | Diamond | Mars | May | Emerald | | June | Moonstone | Chibi Moon, Moon | July | Ruby | | August | Peridot | | September | Sapphire | Mercury | October | Opal | Pluto, Venus | November | Topaz | | December | Turquoise | Jupiter |

The problem is over simplifacation. There is more than one stone to a month.
Birthstones for the calendar month of October are opal, tourmaline, jasper, aquamarine, coral, and beryl.
The Zodiac signs of Libra and Scorpio include eight additional stones: peridot, sapphire, lapis, agate, topaz, garnet, ruby, and amethyst.
There are fourteen different stones listed as birthstones for the calendar month of October in total
Garnet is a Planetary Birthstone for Scorpio.

Can you match all birthstones/gemstones for the Senshi then? Nope. Only a few line up, despite the numerous stones per month. the inners pretty much go based on color. Garnet as has been shown fits pluto perfectly. Flourite in japanese is hotaruishi or "Firefly stone". So you can see how Saturn's fits. Neptunes also lines up. . .I'm still resarching the Uranus Amber connection.

Nope. Only a few line up, despite the numerous stones per month. You're right, but this has also to do with different birthstone systems. For example, ancient birthstone systems from Greece don't match today's global system. Of which I think it is a shame that their supposed birthdays don't match their gemstones. These could be true. It is indeed stated that Saturn's favorite gemstone is Fluorite in the RPG game. And Hotaru pretty much means 'firefly' as well. What if there isn't a Uranus - Amber connection? Other than her haircolor, I don't see much of a connection there.
