the charmander was the only thing out of my list of travel companions that came to mind as a suitable character!
the other choices and why they did or didnt suffice!(large words are used to emphasise things, not as yelling)
Protoss warrior: a mighty protoss warrior, about 10 feet tall, they live for 1000 years or more, and fight threats, YOU TRY EXPLAINING WHY ONE SUDDENLY HACKED A SEMI DOWN WHEN THE DRIVER WAS DRUNK!
full grown Velociraptor: self explanatory, but you're getting it anyways, it's a scally blood thirsty beast with as bad a temper as a super sayan 4 with hemeroids, and is 50 times more vicious!
evil double: D'UH!! evil double does evil stuff, evil double bring good rough fight, but evil double doesnt get good vibes from pretty girlies!
other affiliated character: either too tall, too evil, too looney, or whatever, all good characters eat food by the TON, and can often take the spotlight from the main story.
GIANT ROBOT: D'UH!! another no brainer!! too big, and cant be lost unless stolen, completely pointless.
valuable inanimate object: stationary object, easily abused, and my character has special objects that only he can use without being overwhelmed by the negative backlash recoiling.
a pokemon: depending on species, their actions can dictate the storys change. a small cute one can often times be lost in a metropolitan area, and be given assistance by a pretty girl, but also somehow end up picked on by mean children, when a larger meaner looking one would attack without mercy or seek it's owner demanding it does so alone.
valuable data: something of importance to a certain character, primarily data relating to a situation, unfortunately for people who voted this, my character has all his data locked in his head, and saved on a hard drive mounted on his motorcycle in the event of amnesia or mental concussion.
droid(s): robotic asistant, my character doesnt have a robotic assistant lacking any means of seeking out it's owner, so this candidate is useless.
see, I had other story beginings, but I had to pretain to some of the light hearted laws dictated by the Sailor Moon series, and I had to emulate their personalities accordingly, it's hard thinking of a story in your head, and imagining their reactions to different things, but once you find it, you've found gold.
