Because the CSA was in the PAST. It is no longer in existance. It disbanded at the end of the Civil War. We were occupied by the Union Army (that would be RECONSTRUCTION). The end, it's over.
Southern culture and heritage are wonderful, beautiful things. And Southerners still have a very different way of life than people in other parts of the country. But the Civil War ended a long time ago. Ever heard the phrase, "Save your Confederate money boys, the South will rise again" ? You're probably one of the people who says that. And you probably have no clue what you're saying. To say that it will "rise again" implies that has fallen. Now, whether or not it will actually come back into existance is beyond my own speculation, but the fact of the matter is that THE CSA DOES NOT EXIST.
You don't even know what the hell you're talking about. You're probably a Yankee anyway.
