You could make different skins as they have them in Version 4 of proboards. That would be really cool. You could have light blue and dark blue. You could even have an Ami skin and a Sailor Mercury.
I suggest different skins as those would be really neat.

I'm not sure I could get my head around that stuff just yet, heh... Working out all that HTML code is one thing... I haven't looked into the skins stuff though...

I for one am very against getting rid of the different colors as it is one of the things that I believe give this board definition and character. I mean I suspose not everyone spends as much time on this message board as I do, but one of the reasons I chose to stay here a few years back instead of continuing to look to different message boards was because of the fact that this board had such character. I mean I spend probably on a minimum two hours a day at this message board and without the different colors the blue of Sailor Mercury would eventualy get monotonious.
So I apologise if my suggestion makes you work harder Sailor Mercury but I am very against damaging this board's character.

I just though different skins to choose from would be neat.

It would, but it would take a bit of work for Sailor Mercury. I agree with hawk1 here. The colours are absolutley gorgeous!

Well. I guess it would mean I'd just leave them as is then... I had to fix the colours for the Jupiter board but hopefully they're ok now...
In a way editing the headers/footers individually does make things easier, because that way the page loads more quickly, and I don't have to freak out like I did once before - when I edited them, I went to click "save", and got that lovely 'page cannot be displayed' page... And lost all the codes... That was rather crap, LOL... Luckily I had all the codes saved in a Word file, yeesh. But yeah... That was not fun... Hence why only one colour code back then was easier, but I can see where you're coming from so... I guess I'll just leave things the way they are now...

Meh I'm not really 'lazy', I just don't always like messing with HTML. It can get a bit tiresome after a while...

I think a different, more interesting background might be nice.

I think a different, more interesting background might be nice. That would be neat. I like it the way it is now but I have 1024x768 resolution and the background doesn;t work for me. Well it does but there is a background then on the right side is another half of the first background. But if you made it big for that resolution then 800x600 wouldn't be able to view it easily. Wow, it is harder than we though.

My resolution is on 800x600 though, that's the thing, so I tend to work to that rather than anything else, heh...
Can't make everyone happy, that's why this sort of thing gets so complicated.
