If you would like a position/title, you can suggest what you'd like to be known as, and I'll put it in for you To be a moderator of a section, tell me which section you would like to "mod" and I'll fix it up

I'd like to object here.... As the resident genius and expert on the StarLights, I think more proof of knowledge on the subjects is needed....
If you want to be a moderator of one of my boy girls... I think you should prove you know what your talking about.
Moderators have to be knowledgable in their area of moderation, in my opinion, and it's my humble duty to uphold this. Not too mention moderators have to be trusted not to go around and rip things off their area of the board just because they don't agree...
I think since there are so many members (even though half of which don't show up anymore) now I think there should be a waiting period of just being a member before moving them up to moderator... I move that we wait until this person proves that they know what they're talking about. Sorry if i'm seeming overprotective, BUT I AM! I will not have any of the Starlight's names slandered, and I think this is a risk to their reputation.
I am not deciding, for that's Sailor Mercury's job. However I strongly urge her to look at my side of the argument, and I think others will agree.

And on a note vof a more technical merit would they be able to function properly? Or would they constantly be asking others for how to do things?I'm not sure if the technical skill has been demonstrated here either. Our dear Sailor Mercury might be a bit too generous. And I agree. with the increase in members it would be difficult to supply each with a moderator position if they just ask wouldn't it?
There are currently 108 members (not counting yourself) would you be able to supply each with a moderator position if each of them were to request one?
and what if there were to be more member's join and request moderator positions? would you be able to supply each one with a moderator position?
Could they do their job properly? Not everyone can cut it as a moderator. Just keep in mind what I said before you make your desicion. You might even want to come up with a test that could help weed out the wannabes from the people who could mod properly. . . .

Eh ok ... I am edgy about letting new members become mods before I've gotten a chance to know them properly...
