The first picture shows that Proxima Centauri (also called Alpha Centauri C on the page) is indeed a dwarf. The second picture shows that its 'orbit' around the ACA and ACB is approximately 13k AU in radius. Explained on the page is that a star such as Proxima Centauri, considering their size, are unable to have life-containing planets orbiting them. I'd personally even doubt a star as small as Proxima Centauri to even be able to keep a planet in orbit, but that's just what I think. Even if Proxima Centauri is indeed orbiting ACA and ACB, any planet orbiting either ACA or ACB wouldn't be able to see it, because of its size and dimness. It would probably just be another star in the night's sky.
