Yeah... I'm pretty sure it is, though, because "Gurio" isn't normally a last name. In posters and the artbooks where all the other characters' names are written in the surname-first order, his is always written "Umino Gurio." And even though Usagi is pretty friendly, I doubt she'd call him by his first name without any suffix--she even calls Naru "Naru-chan," and I doubt she's closer to Umino than she is to Naru. (Also evidence for why "Seiya" is Seiya Kou's last name... but I digress.)
I guess you have a point there, but I'd still expect a -kun (or even -san because he's smart) as a suffix.
And Seiya Kou with Seiya being the last name? o.O What a coincidence! They're all called Kou, but the family names are different Even though they're siblings

Well, I think calling him by his first name with no suffix would be far more disrespectful than his last name without a suffix, unless they were really good friends. It might actually be kind of disparaging, though, since Usagi and Naru see Umino as a nerd. If the teacher ever says his name that would close the book on the issue, since I'm sure she would call him by his last name.
Waitwaitwait... the Starlights are siblings? o.o Never heard that before...
I'm positive Kou is the Starlights' first names though. When names are written in kanji they're always in surname-first order. Also, on the examination score results, Taiki's name is written "Taiki Kou." The school system would use standard name ordering for everyone, celebrity or not. And on some of the material for the musicals (programs or something, I think) they had the Senshi with their names all written in the Western order. There their names are written Kou Seiya, Kou Yaten, and Kou Taiki.
There's a slight sort-of mistake in that chart: they got Umino's name backwards. (At least, it's in reverse order of the rest of the names.) Umino is his family name, Gurio is his given name. Curiously, the dubbers got this one right when many fans reverse it. Pointless rant, yes. But it's a personal pet peeve ^_^;
I didn't know that? They're calling him Umino at school, where being replied with 'Usagi', so I figured Umino was his given name ^_^; I guess I should change that

Even though I'm not the biggest fan of the dub any more I have to say, Rini is a far better name than Chibiusa... You're basically calling her a midget for crying out loud...
At first Chibi-Usa, who's actual name is Usagi, protested against the patronizing nick as well, but after Mamoru sugarcoated it, she agreed to be called Chibi-Usa in order to prevent any mistakes from happening.
I don't care if she likes the name or not I'm still saying you're calling her a bloody midget.. Call her Rini! o.o

Their siblings? Well then, that makes past role plays where Seiya and Yaten became lovers ever, ever, ever, so wrong.
Yellow = Sarcasm/joking Red = Foul mood and Normal = everything else...

First name without suffix is pretty decent when directly addressing friends AFAIK. Could be wrong though, but that's what I seem to remember from all the anime I've watched. That's why I thought they were calling him by his first name. Kun suffix would be appropriate I guess. Chan doesn't work because A) he's a guy and B) it's too intimate.

o.O I thought they were siblings. They operate like siblings at least, and argue with each other like siblings. Perhaps that's something that was assumed or made up?

Rini = evil dub name. Her name is Usagi, like it or not, that's what her birth certificate mentions. They call her Chibi-Usa because she's small. You think Setsuna calls her a 'bloody midget' when she says Small Lady? Coz that's what it comes down to. Whether you like it or not.

Well who the hell RPs Seiya and Yaten as lovers! o.O There's something sick

Seriously don't start with the "like it or not" crap I'm not in the mood, I were joking. Next time I'll make sure I say it more bluntly since jokes obviously go over your head... And thanks for stating the obvious Mister Zyppora I bloody know her real name is Usagi. Which is Japanese for Bunny... So in truth they're calling her Chibi-Bunny. God help her if the child ever came to a school in America...
Two people I know who obviously must not know the two are related. ;D
That's a pretty comprehensive list! Admittedly, I used to use the dub names but now I use the original names. Occasionally though, I'll slip up and refer to them by their dub names.
And it's weird to hear Zoicite talking in a male voice instead of a female voice *has gotten up to the episodes with Zoicite in the Japanese version*
