can they be imortal which means they can't age or maybe after she became queen everyone stay the way they are 16 or 22 i forgot which one?

Yes, the effects of the Ginzuishou makes their lifespan last far longer than a normal human's. This is exactly the reason the Black Moon attacks in the manga. Anywayz, it still doesn't make sense, because even though they physically don't get any older, they're still counting years (Chibi-Usa is 900 years old when she travels back to the past), so gaining two (psychological) years in 4 calendar years isn't exactly logical.
