Personally I think Darien and Andrew are the cutest.  Yes, Mamoru is cute but some people here may not need to think about it cause they may already have a boyfriend... Yeah I have one but to me Mamoru is cute. I like Andrew as a character, he isn't that cute. |

Yes Darien, Andrew, and Prince Diamond Are cute But I personally go for the bad guys. ummm like Alan, Satfire, Hawkseye, Nephite, Malachite... It could go on but I just think that that the bad guys is what makes Saior Moon, Sailor Moon. But thats my opion.

I would have to say Yaten Kou!!! WHOO... Then in the Live Action...MOTOKI!! BWAHAHA! ALL HAIL MOTOKI THE TURTLE LOVER... o.o;......Sorry about that... but I believe Yaten is the cutest boy in Sailor Moon. But if we're talking about the Live Action Sailor Moon.. it's a tie between Motoki and Mamoru. o.o Yes. I admit. Mamoru is cute in the live action.

I'd say Seiya is the cutest in the anime, and if you want the Live Action, go for Nephrite. He's all tough 'n evil 'n stuff, I'd almost say it's cute.
Just to keep you pplz from thinking strange thoughts: Yes, I'm a guy, and no, I'm not gay. But I just couldn't resist this thread ^^;

Motoki's so cute^^ As is Kakeru from the Sailor Moon S movie (I have a thing for blonde guys-lol).
Mamoru looks kinda hot in the manga too. For some reason I really don't like him at all in the anime.
I'll also add Helios and Artemis (in their human forms!) to the list. Kunzite's not too bad looking either and Nephrite is sort of hot...
....
