U know about the we've benn talkin about like the poetry contest and stuff..maybe we should do that and whoever wins get like 2 or 3 kudos.

That sounds cool... should I make a seperate section for competition stuff? Then people can nominate themselves to be judges...
We could have sections for Fan-fics, poetry and fan-art...

Cool thanks for that... Eesh the board is gonna get huge, LOL  I think we should limit it to maybe 2 events instead? Take out fan-fics and just stick with poetry and fan-art because it's easier... |

Just make it one section, but the mass PM says which competition it will be, but I must admit, fan ficiton competitions are hard. These are the rules at that board, of course there is more in judging and stuff, but it would be pretty simple if you cut out fan fictions. |

Competitions: Rules (coz ya always gotta have these  ) Fan-art Poetry A contestant posts one entry at a time, and in one thread. The judges are the only people who are allowed to post a reply to that entry (to save on thread space)... maybe they give a rating out of 5 or 10 stars, then each rating is added up to give a total ... We'd need to make sure that only a few people are allowed to compete at a time, maye 3-5 at the most, so there's not a huge influx... Maybe we could do it month by month, so - the month of May's contestants are <insert names here> and they will be submitting fan-art. Similar situation for poetry... Does any of this make sense? It just seems like insane ramble to me... LOL! |

Oh I see what you mean... figure out what theme we want to take the comp. in and PM all the members about it with that theme (eg. poetry)... LOL that'd probably be way easier than what I was thinking of, eesh... |

Yeah, after tons of thought I found a really easy way of doing things, too bad I just started it, and it has no members, oh well. On the upside you wouldn't have to create zillions of boards, and make these boards HUGE, lol. Mass PMing is useful. |

Yeah, after tons of thought I found a really easy way of doing things, too bad I just started it, and it has no members, oh well.
