I'll go with Pluto, gotta love that hair  But I also think Neptune is rather pretty (as far as cartoons go  )... and yeah, the greeny/blue hair is cool It seems my favourite characters of the Sailor Moon series have strange hair colours, Mercury = blue, Pluto = green/black, Neptune = green/blue |

I think that Pluto is the most beautiful of them <3 Next comes Neptune. Pluto catches my eyes every time, maybe it's 'cause she's an adult woman, or 'cause of her skin is darker than other senshi's or something else..not really sure what it is...

The prettiest for me out of the outer senshi is by far Neptune. She's so elegant and a great swimmer and violin player. Gotta love that wavy green hair!

I think Neptune is the prettiest, followed by Pluto.
I totally love both of their hairs!
Michiru's hair reminds me of the sea (lol) and I'd love to be able to handle such long hair like Setsuna! I loved the little bun on the back of her hair so much that I went into college like that for a while xD
