You should work on your grammar and spelling.
Anywayz, I think I'm right when I interpret your question as: Does Haruka desire to be a woman? Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
I think she does. If she really didn't want to, she could have just had surgery. She's rich enough with all that racing of hers. Yes, she dresses like a male and acts like it, but I think she's just doing that to attract the ladies. She is, after all, a lesbian. Besides, Michiru is the 'lady' in their relationship, so she's left to be the vagabond.

I don't think that Haruka has any desires to be a male.. I kinda agree with Zyppora with what he said.

Or even that they are attracted to women who dress like guys. Plenty of lesbians are extremely girlie, and like extremely girlie girls!! Anyway, I don't think she aspires to be male. Just like there are PLENTY of women who dress like men, who don't want to physically BE men. And there are PLENTY of men who dress like women who don't want to BE women. Remember, most transvestite males are actually heterosexual!

Therefor, we can safely conclude that she dresses and acts boyish because she wants to attract other girls. She's a serious tease, you know.

Is haruka's desires is to be a woman? Could you mean: Is it Haruka's desires to be a woman? Oh.. right.. means the same thing as what the Zyp said.

I'm saying that not all lesbians are attracted to women that look like men. And besides, why must attracting women be her only motivation? Maybe she feels more comfortable with herself when dressed like a man, which is entirely reasonable based on her personality. So she wants to attract straight women and have them question their own sexuality. She does it because she likes to flirt, because she's a tease. She's obviously not trying to attract them for any sexual purposes, because she loves Michiru. I think she dresses and acts like a man because she is comfortable that way. The fact that she attracts other women is just an added bonus.

I've never seen Haruka have any desires to be a woman...she acts and dresses like a guy,and she considers herself to be a father to Hotaru. Of course,I've only seen the anime..I've yet to see the manga and see how she acts in the manga.

This brings to mind a doujinshi where Michiru lectures Seiya about not understanding Haruka's femininity... XD But didn't Michiru say at some point that Haruka has qualities of both a man and a woman?
I think she just wants to be herself. Haruka doesn't strike me as the type who worries about gender roles.

There's an episode in S in which Haruka is talking to Minako, and she basically says she's fine being the way she is. I don't really understand the Poppa Haruka thing, but I don't think Haruka truly wants to be a man.

She dresses in mens' clothing, wears cologne, wants to be called "Haruka-Papa",and generally acts like a man. She's pretty masculine, and displays no feminine traits that I could see. This might hint that Haruka desires to be a man.

Heh, that would have been something if Haruka was a shifter like the Starlights, the NA version would stop after season 2.

I saw it in some episode someone showed me-it was where Nehelinia first appeared. If Haruka didn't want to be called "Haruka-Papa",she would've told Hotaru to call her just "Haruka." Haruka seems to love being called "Papa".
